Smelled like dog!!! Bathroom was locked and couldn’t get in! Light bulbs were out! Tv didn’t work! Rude front desk!

The breakfast was fruit cereal bars and oatmeal. The smell in the room was a disgusting mix of tobacco and marijuana. The floor was sticky. The outlets did not work in the kitchen or bathroom. The bathroom toilet looked used due to buildup.

There were roaches, I saw a bed bug. It freaked of cigarettes.

This place should be shut down immediately!! Worse place to experience any kind of traveling at.

Just don't bother, all I can say.

There were several suspicious-looking people hanging around the property, making us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. As soon as we entered our room, we noticed a strong smell of marijuana. The bathroom sink was clogged, the blankets and towels were stained, and the floors looked filthy, as if they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Even the elevator was covered in graffiti, making the entire hotel feel neglected and run-down. The conditions were so unacceptable that we decided to leave immediately rather than spend the night. We didn’t feel comfortable or safe staying there. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until these serious cleanliness, maintenance, and safety issues are addressed.

Horrible smell from lobby to the room, room smelled like mildew and urine, animal feces all over the outside of hotel, would never stay again.... would rather sleep in my vehicle.

I would recommend this place to my worst enemy. Awful place.

The hotel is full of people who obviously live there not a good experience.

Everything about this hotel and room was absolutely terrible and truthfully disgusting. I've never experienced such a disgusting room in my life this hotel for one is now under a different management no long extended stay america the minute you walk in it's hot smells like cigarettes followed by different tweaker outfront should have been my red flag, walked into room immediately smelled the old cigarettes smell embedded in the room it wasn't even cold it was humid , floors walls were dirty bed looked clean until it actually pulled covers found roach followed by others on the wall some alive some dead . The toilets didn't flush advised management of this hot no help was told I needed to wait for manager to get any refund I did not stay here I advised front desk was told to bad I should've canceled prior to checking in . How the heck was i supposed to know this room was going to be so disgusting prior to checking in . The front desk was absolutely no help I called 3 days in a row to try n get a refund by manager who was supposed to call me finally front desk guy tells me oh ya he said you can get 25b% off absolutely not i told him no sir I will be calling my bank n that's exactly what I did reported them as fraud. That's exactly what I did n provided photos to my bank DO NOT STAY HERE fyi my sister had room next door same issue

Carpet was torn in most rooms that I got from them. neighbors were very noisy and TV weren't working very well. It was a decent stay but had lots of minor and some major problems with neighbors blaring their music late and early morning

It was infested with cockroaches. I felt something crawling on my leg in the morning while sleeping and it was a cockroach. I also found a few on the bathroom floor. One crawling on the wall. I packed my bags and ran out of there and when I complained about it at the front desk. The clerk was very dismissive. When I got home I decided to check my bag before taking it in to the house and found one cockroach in between my clothes. I took pictures.

I didn’t like nothing about that place. I wouldn’t even let my dog stay there. It was awful smell like mole. The walls is dirty and the place just was unfit for anyone to stay in. I don’t see how anyone could live there.. I think the health department needs to be called to check for mold. As I enter the building My throat stated to itch coughing chest got tight and headache. I don’t complain much about anything but this was awful. I asked for my money back.

The floor was dirty and sticky as if it hadn't been mopped. My feet turned black after walking on the floor. I seen a couple of water bugs in my room. Exhaust fan didn't work in the restroom. Couple of wall electrical outlets didn't work. Unable to charge my phone. I wasn't given the Wi-fi as promised. I wasn't able to park in the disabled parking spaces since they allowed people with no disabled placards plus the security parked in one near my room. I had to park in the very back of the hotel and Walk around. I walk with a cane and I'm 70 years old. TV wasn't working properly. I won't stay here again. Staff was kind of rude. There was homeless people hanging out in the parking so I felt very unsafe.

DONT DO IT !!! ROACHES , RAT POISON SMELL , PISS SMELL , STAINED FLOORS and bedsheets, nasty cigarette smell , furniture chipped and ripped up even in the lobby…elevator full of writing. we tried to switch rooms, and it just got WORSE. Advertised pictures of the rooms are NOT the same at all . The energy feels dirty and itchy please don’t do it

The room was clean we where left alone and breakfast was great thank you
