We smelled the building before we went in and it smelled like months old urine. The staff was not at the front desk. We had to yell out to get him to come out from the back and it was only 5 pm. The floors in the lobby were sticky and smelled bad. We got our key and went up to the room. The room had a strong cleaning agent smell that gave us both headaches. We decided to check the bed and found urine and other body fluid spots on the mattress along with several bed bugs. The kitchen sing had grime around the base and the microwave was dirty. I have picture if you would liek the. This property should not be on Expedia.

The whole property was trash low down, you would think this area would have been more maintained. Not sure if the the people behind the desk were rude 100%. I went and checked in just to change my clothes and came right out. Upon returning at midnight I circled the facility 3 times, so the 4th time I pulled to the front and told the desk person, how is it I have a room here and nowhere for me to park. This facility had night walkers unacceptable. Cars were there that looked like they had been parked for over a year terrible. I only stayed because I stay across town and planned to stay in a room after the party. I had my brother come check on me until I kind of got tired to ease my mind. The place really need to be looked into. Unsafe environment. One of the pillows had red spots the inside had either pink or red stuff on it. The covers had stains. But luckily for me I brought my own blanket. By the time I got out the bed you can see where I was laying the mattress went down never rose back up. Never again

This is property is probable being used for homeless shelter. Upon arriving at the parking lot there is police present at the entrance dealing with something. The lobby looks unmaintained but that's not an issue here. The elevator wall is full of scribbles and there are bugs crawling on the wall, . The hallway smells terrible with dirty towels on the floor. The key card does not function properly with the door lock, I was never able able open the door without standing there trying to insert the card multiple times. The room is big the spacious but I'm too scared to open the cabinet door after seeing other's reviews. The fridge also had bad smell. Bathtub is not completely cleaned. I ended up buying my own towel and disinfecting wipes to clean all the surfaces. Going in and out of the hotel I pumped into many sketchy looking people and the were talking to me in the elevator. Parking lot looks like it has many people car camping there which doesn't look safe as well.

The hotel is very old and smelly.

Very nice staff and security guards. Love that theres a kitchenette in every room very spacious

Room was big and had plenty of space. Place needs a lot of cleaning and repairs. But for the price it was okay.

This hotel staff works with people who are in need of a place to stay.. staff are very friendly hotel is very clean

People live outside the parking area

Very unclean, hallways stink, tagging everywhere. Sheets had cigarette burns and looked dirty, all appliances were dirty. Honestly worst hotel I’ve been to.

I had to leave they’re was poop smeared thru out room

The place was filthy, the room smelled like mold and the restroom was dirty. I checked the bed and there were even long hairs in the sheets. I went down and asked for a refund and it was denied. I walked away with no refund or any other option.

I also want to add that while I was waiting in the lobby while I requested my refund, another guest walked up to the front desk and said they locked their room key inside their room and that they were locked out. The guy at the front desk literally told the guest that they were on lunch and he would have to wait 10 minutes until after they were done. Unbelievable! ..Just to give you context to the type of rude unbelievable mindset and attitude they have towards their guest. So do yourself a huge favor and Do Not book this hotel. Terrible!

Run down place, dirty parking lot. Smelly elevator, dirty floors. Room was minimally cleaned. No towels for shower, just small hand towels. Only plus is that the air conditioner worked. Glad only needed it for emergency 1 night. Thin walls.

Very disappointing experience. I booked the pay-at-hotel option, but when I arrived with my kids, I was told my reservation had been canceled because they tried charging my card before arrival. That defeats the purpose of choosing pay at hotel. One employee tried to help, but another said they were fully booked. I recommend calling ahead to confirm your reservation before making the trip.

If you desire comfort this is NOT the place for you. Nothing about this property represents a RELAXED stay. We paid for 1 night and got the other 2 refunded.

Breakfast was oatmeal or nutragrain bars.. looked like something running down the walls in the hall.. there was water on the floor when I came back Saturday night and when I let them know the first thing I was asking was if I left a fosset on. Did nothing to remedy or help other than gave me a towel.. During my clean up found it was coming from the bottom of the sink pipe, the cabinet is so bad that the laminate is cracked and separated from the particle board and breaking and the water was going through and out into the carpet so it was wet too.
