I enjoyed the tide and Downey fresh blankets ,and the bleach white towels, and the best thing about waking up is the Folgers coffee and the peaceful garden..

This would be a place if you were looking for JUST the basics of a place to sleep on clean sheets. The sheets were clean, but the mattress was stained and damaged by cigarettes. The bathroom smelled of bleach and appeared clean but the towels were very small and stained, and we only had one in the room for two people. Ironing board, no iron, holder for hair dryer, no dryer, TV remote not working, The sheets were clean and I saw no bugs. Breakfast was Nutra grain bars and packet oatmeal, coffee and hot water. The AC worked well

No breakfast. Just coffee station and cereal bars. Whole property smelled of marijuana. No towels. Roaches came out in bathroom. Thin walls. Not worth it.

The room was not clean at all. The bathroom had a roach crawling on the floor. The smell of the room was nasty. We didn't even stay the night we ended up leaving 45 minutes after checking in. Disappointed.

My immediate reaction when entering my room and inspecting it was to warn other travelers to avoid this location. You can tell that most of the surfaces have not been thoroughly cleaned. On the side of the refrigerator were stains and an unclean bathtub. Also, in the bathtub, there was a pair of boxers from previous guests indicating the level of inspection you are to expect from these guys. There was strands of hair in the towels. The floors showed the mark of uncleanliness and dustiness and the service offered by the front desk during the evening was awful. The bathtub also drained slowly and a noticeable leak in the shower covered by what seems to look like aluminum paper. There are better budget stays than this. I would not stay here again even for free. I felt worried to touch anything. It is okay to have old or used furniture, but an unclean room is not acceptable.

Love this place enjoyed my stay staff were really nice and helpful they actual treat u like ur a human being don’t think that it would have been such a great time if I would have stayed anywhere else thank you to all the staff

I didn't see a room just the lobby because they were supposed to have me on bottom floor because of I'm disabled. The room they were getting me wasn't ready. Not on bottom floor and farthest point from elevator. So because they couldn't or wouldn't help me with accessibility I couldn't stay there. No manager to ask or talk to, and they still tried charging me $94.05.

No hat water and still charged full price.

-Smells nasty -Has roaches EVERYWHERE -A lot of people addicted to drugs around the area and in rooms -overall one of the worst rooms I have ever been to.
