Needs a lot of improvements

Too much cockroach !

This hotel is infested with cockroaches. The bed sheets are not comfortable, bathroom was old and not well kept.

We loved it.

Great staff but horrible with cleanliness. I would avoid this place if you can. I needed a room for a night and of course I went with the cheapest option. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The room smelled horrible, there were burnt spots everywhere, and to top it off the room was infested with roaches. It was so bad it kept me up all night. I think they should really consider calling an exterminator and remodeling the entire place, if that’s even possible.

Filth, infested with roaches, linen soiled, carpet soiled, sink leaking onto the floor, after the second shower it’s cold water. Just horrible. I’d rather sleep on the streets.

The room did not have an iron or a hair dryer. Several electrical outlets did not work, so we couldn’t properly charge our phones. The sofa was ripped, the bath towels were torn and worn out, and the bathtub was clogged. We also found cockroaches in the room. Outside, there were people using drugs in the parking lot, and homeless individuals were sleeping in the hallways. It did not feel safe at all, especially for families with children. The hotel also falsely advertises that it offers breakfast. Several guests, including us, were waiting for breakfast, but all that was available was a granola bar and a cup of coffee. That was very misleading and disappointing. I especially would not recommend this hotel to families traveling with children. Management should do a much better job maintaining the property, addressing basic maintenance issues, and ensuring the safety of their guests. Based on our experience, we would not stay here again

The room was not at all what was portrayed on the website. When we arrived there was holes im the tv stand and my son was able to pull out a large screw. The floors were dirty. There was marker stains on the bed. The toilet had a broken piece on the lid. There was something wrapped in toilet paper and tapped to the bathroom wall. And there was a domestic disturbance across from us where the man kept leaning on our door - security let him stay in the hallway for more then 3 hours instead of escorting him from the property. Everything about it was extremely disappointing. I will not ever return there ever again

Roaches were there, one of the cooking coil was not working, but was replaced once we raised concern. Thinking that these should have been addressed when it's being rented.

By far has been the worst hotel I’ve ever booked. I didn’t even stay an hour. Nastiest rooms I’ve ever seen. Bugs in the sheets And was still denied a refund. Expedia gets 0/5 for that too. Smfh

I was very upset because I was awoken at 4:42am . Someone was trying to get in my room, once I opened there was security and front desk and a lady. She claiming that was her sister room. The front desk men was rude and didn’t say anything nice or apologize to me. He asked how did you get this room and left after my respond. The women didn’t say much after that and both left without a word to me!!! The surety was the one who apologized and left. There were little black bugs which I killed two of them and curtains were burned and had holes. The rug was all dirty and pulled like and the back of. Ed was very dusty. Vey disgusting and disappointing

It was the worst flies everywhere. Didn't even seem to care!! Never again!!! STAY AWAY!!!

Do not stay here very unsafe and dogs bark all night with people arguing

Could have been cleaner

Now the staff was cool! However the rooms that’s a different story. They have roaches, elevator smelled like urine, addicts walking around. Just don’t do it

Roaches in the room and shower

Very dirty. Sheets looks like reused. Our room smelled like cigarettes. Not an option if you have extra dollar to spare just pay for a nicer hotel.

Dirty bathroom, nasty bed
