Good Nite Inn Buena Park

This was my second time staying at this hotel, very fair price in, comfortable beds, friendly and knowledgeable stuff. Would stay a third time.

As always the staff is excellent! Check-in is fast and efficient!

The location worked well for us and was close to a lot of food options and freeway. Could have been cleaner. Did not feel the cleanest, bathroom could use a deep clean.

We won’t stay at this hotel again. They put us in a 1st floor room and there was a dead roach on the carpet by the bed. We went to the office and requested a new room which they did accommodate on the 2nd floor because the staff member said the roach must have come in from outside. The room was fine until I went to use the shower. I was trying to pull the lever up on the faucet to turn the shower on and I couldn’t get it to work. My husband came in and when he pulled up on it, the lever came apart. I was able to shower, but the next morning my husband went to the office to let them know it was broken. He again requested another room, he needed a shower, but he was told maintenance would come fix it. So we were at the mercy of maintenance before we could go about our day. We were in town for not even 2 whole days due to a family member being in the hospital and what was to be our full day was delayed because of poor maintenance. Lastly, the air conditioning sounded as though it was on its last leg. Overall, it just wasn’t good.

Disappointing

The property is in great location close to restaurants and theme parks. The rooms are small but decent the bed was not comfortable it was okay. The manager there was rude and loud. As soon as I got there to check in, she was screaming to one of the staff members with people waiting in the lobby ( I thought that was not professional). So, I proceeded with my check in and I asked the lady who was checking me in if I can request for late check out, she said yes! She could give me until 12 pm and she’ll put it in the notes. So, the next morning the manager was bagging on the door for check out, she was like the check out is at 11 and my husband opened the door and said we asked for late check out- she was like well the check out is at 11 and it looks like you’re still sleeping so you can an gotta out here at 11:30. So we were like Okkayyy… That was so rude. I would not come back nor recommend this place. Very Rude Manager and mind you I paid $150/ night for it. To be treated like that.

Air conditioning smelt moldy or like a wet towel also when the heater was turned on it smelt like burning and when I called the front desk they told me to open the door to air it out…check the a/c before picking a room

Great stay. Very comfortable and clean for a budget motel. Centrally located to many activities. Lots of parking available. I would stay here again, and recommend.

The bed was so comfortable, Location was excellent.

Clean and simple. Bed seemed comfortable and the property was quiet at night. Parking was easy and I was able to park right outside my room. It's a good deal for the price but not a 5 star property. Thats fine for me, I got what I paid for which was perfect.
