My housekeeper Gloria was wonderful. She kept my room clean everyday she was there. She had conversations with me and she asked about my child. One of the hotels the USATF chose for the Nationals Junior Olympics Championship 26.

Super helpful staff and very courteous.

It had been 42 years since I visited Los Angeles and the stay at the Holiday Inn La Mirada made it very special. Thank you all from the staff at the front desk; the staff in the restaurant, the small shop adjacent to the front desk and the nice maid who indulged my request for some bags for ice with the most welcoming smile! Thank you all!!! I highly recommend every one of them and the establishment they work in to anyone traveling to Los Angeles. Oh and btw, even the nightly rate at the last minute was affordable!!!

They refuse to give us any blankets sheets or pillows for the pullout couch said that they had no more

We had a water leak in the bathroom, we reported it to the front desk And left for the day when we got back, we asked the front desk if the issue was resolved they stated that there was no ticket or record of the issue, and she clearly stated that it must have been resolved. When we got back up to the room, the leak was still happening and it looked as if nobody had even came in to check. Our stay was only for four days. We reported the leak on Saturday and it continued until our checkout without any staff coming to check.

Very clean establishment, friendly helpful staff, amenities were nice enjoyed the gym and sauna very much. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. And will highly consider staying again next time I’m there.

2nd Holiday Inn in two weeks, and I must say I’ve been pleasantly surprised. Very spacious room with updated decor. Liked that there was a refrigerator and microwave. Appreciated the small, thoughtful items —the “nightlight” of the bathroom mirror, the over of the door peephole, the numerous available outlets/chargers at each table lamp bedside. I also think it’s great that there are vending machines and guest washers and dryers available!

Stayed here 6 days it was clean safe and close.to alot.of things. Staff was nice and friendly. Repeat hotel for sure

Rooms themselves were clean, staff was super friendly and helpful. Hallways smelled like marijuana, but other than that it was a decent stay.

everything was great I really enjoyed my stay. The bed was comfortable and room was so clean. Only thing is there was no trash bags in trash bins in room I had to ask for them

The hotel was nice and conveniently located to the places we were visiting. The room was very clean and spacious. An excellent value and we would definitely be staying here again!

Some entertainment like smart TV and appliances upgrade would be great. Other than that everything was perfect.

the room was clean when we arrived. Missing a mat for the tub, which was delivered quickly. Staff was quite friendly and provided with some useful information for the activities we planned. Breakfast was more expensive than we are used to, but it is in Los Angeles. I was satisfied with the selections. Ate supper at 12Sixty and could not finish the big portions. Price was lower than expected.
