Great stay overall. Even during power outage staff made sure we where safe.

It is dog friendly, but unfortunately the dog next door kept barking off and on during the night. Walls are noise proof but you could still hear the dog, especially in the hallway. But overall it's a good hotel to stay at.

Check in process was easy. Not the most luxurious hotel but has what you’d need. I got a room with 2 queen beds and when we got to the room the beds were A LOT smaller than we expected. They appeared to be full sized beds. Smaller sized tv, did the job but for some reason I couldn’t adjust the volume on the tv.

Get getting away for the holiday

I like that parking is free and the pet fee is really reasonable! Even though it’s an older hotel, the room was very clean. The pet-friendly rooms did have a slight dog pee smell, though. Overall, it’s still a great hotel for the price.

The gentleman at front desk was very helpful.

A safety concern was brought up to the staff regarding putting us on the 6th floor with 2 toddlers and a window that does not lock and can easily been opened by kids. We asked to be moved to a lower lever but was told there were no available rooms. We managed to secure the window with our own lock and putting a wooden bar so we can sleep peacefully. Very unsafe and a serious if not a fatal accident if not fix appropriately!! PLEASE FIX ALL THE window locks and add a secure screen or just lock it for kids to not be bake to open it easily especially on higher floors.

Reliable and not depressing at all

You can tell it was a great hotel in its day. But still a good stay. Comfortable beds and good amenities

Clean rooms, comfy beds , good toiletries. Room kind of upgraded. Restrooms need to be comparatively renovated. Front of hotel floor need a good power clean. Shower had a slow drip.

On a positive note, the staff was friendly.

Pass on feee breakfast but still good enough

First let’s start with the positives of this hotel… the location was great! There are a lot of fast casual restaurants within walking distance and 2 miles from Knott’s Berry Farm and a Target too. Now the negatives, the hotel is old and the carpets are pretty gross, the beds are NOT queen size more like full size. Breakfast was a basic continental, nothing special. The furniture in the rooms is old. But I guess you get what you paid for. We were comfortable and it served its purpose. Would we stay here again… maybe. We are a family of 4.

The place wasn’t clean. No tv even if the info said you are going to have tv.

Room was fine, relatively clean, small stain next to the bed that looked like juice or something. The water running thru the shower looked a bit strange. Probably due to old pipes (I hope). Decent stay though

The power went out twice at night and the room got pretty hot until the power came back on the AC kicked back on. The hallway carpet was pretty stained and the bathtub in my room was not all that clean. I'm not expecting like a high-end Hotel but it would have been nice to have it a little cleaner
