Staff was great. Toilet seat was loose in the room.

I always have a wonderful relaxing stay at the Spring Hill Suites Ashburn. Always guiet and peaceful with large, comfortable and clean suites. I would not book tmhere for the continental breakfast, but there are so many great food options in the near area. Also there is no longer a pool on property, so less fun for children. Overall o still enjoy it for the serenity and peaceful nights sleep it offers.

It has everything you need for a stay, large, comfortable room. The staff messed something up during my check-in, wanted me to call Booking.com, even though the mistake was on their side.

The temparture in my room did not change when adjusted. I asked for assitance from the front desk. When no one showed after 30+minutes, I went to the front desk and was informed that she was the only person on staff at the time. There were coffee stains/spills on the counter upon my arrival. The bathroom mirror light didn't work. There was a constant buzzing/alarm noise in the hallway that went on all night and morning. The water in the shower was only luke warm when turned all the way up. However, the breakfast was very good!

I dislike writing a poor review because the staff at this property was very nice and helpful. My discomfort was with the room itself. I’m not sure why I was booked in a handicapped room perhaps it was my fault. However, I noticed upon arrival a very strong chemical smell. Then I noticed the bathtub was running, but just slightly. I tried adjusting it to no avail. There was a bit of water on the floor, but just a tiny bit near the toilet as well. The front desk sent a maintenance person to my room, and they said that the bathtub problem was known. I asked about the odor and was told that everything in the room such as the carpet and the countertops were new and that was the smell from these new items. I honestly considered asking for another room or leaving, but I decided I could put up with it for one night. When I took a shower, there was no water pressure no matter how I adjusted the handheld sprayer or the overhead one. Cold was marked hot and hot was marked cold. I really couldn’t wait to leave in the morning.

There was a person smoking in the room next to me and I use an inhaler. I called staff multiple times for help and went to the front desk. No one helped me or offered a refund. This is a nonsmoking hotel. Do not stay here.

I have stayed here a few times and it is consistently clean and staff is friendly.

The wifi wasn't very good, and the breakfast was mediocre.

The best

3 paper cups for coffee. No other plastic or glass, for other beverages. No amenities at all in toilet room. 1 threadbare hand towel & wash cloth. 1 toilet paper roll - 3/4 gone, no spare. Several large rust spots in tub. Shower maxxed at lukewarm.

Also, the "sofa" has a lot of stains.

Clean, modern and nice staff No glasses only plastic and the shower was difficult to operate
