Fun and different lodging experience, well suited to people who like to be closer to nature without the hassle of hauling your own camper. A little pricey, and amenities more suited to families (we were three buddies on a trip). Overall, a great experience.

Very cool stop right next to the river. They even have a short order kitchen & tap room, entertainment & activities, and a little store. My airstream had technical issues: the door lock beeped & seemed to be trying to reset itself a few times, and the a/c & water heater didn't seem to work. I only stayed one night otherwise I am sure they'd have addressed the issues once reported. There is Tesla charging stations but not for other EV vehicles which was disappointing.

Very family friendly and clean! The staff was great. I recommend the airstream by the river, it was so peaceful. Plenty of awesome hikes with waterfall views a short drive away and we also enjoyed visiting the Biltmore estate.

Everything was great. The property is nice, I really enjoyed waking up and just looking out at the river in the mornings. The airstream trailer is cozy and has everything you could need. I absolutely plan on visiting again.

Less expensive

The atmosphere was our favorite thing about our stay. The sound of constant running water from being near the river. Night time campfires. “Chef’s Kiss” Ticks and bugs. But, hey, it’s the outdoors.
