Easy access Needs maintenance, ie the metal on the steps were rusted through and lifted up.

We stayed at this hotel September 18th and 19th 2026. It was quite a disappointment! The room was not clean and it had a bad smell. The carpet was filthy. The bathroom reeked of old cigarettes and rancid urine. There were sticky yellow spots on the floor that looked like urine that we had to wipe clean. The toilet leaked. There were bugs and flies. We don't recommend this place to anybody!

I went to wipe my face with the towel on the counter at the sink and it had like rust spots on it and several spiders were in it. Bugs are in the bathroom.

Nothing!! It was disgusting.. I thought I accidentally booked a CSI experience instead of a room. There was bugs everywhere, the mattresses looked like they had bed bugs and the rooms reeked of old cigarettes. The floor was wet, there were stains everywhere on the carpet Everything!!!

Breakfast was excellent. Staff was great.

It was exactly as advertised. Clean, nice, friendly, convenient, quiet. Would stay here again

This is now a “must not” for us. The beds were okay and the pool was nice. I got up to use the facilities at 1 am there was a roach party in the bathroom! This makes this an absolute never again for us. We are now using facilities in Weaverville to clean all our things before we continue on to our other destinations.

The room was extremely comfortable, and the location was great. The staff was very attentive and took care of any of our needs. The breakfast offerings were a little lacking. They did offer waffles, but the other options were not great.

Nothing, crackheads everywhere. Wanting money and our food, felt like we were going to get robbed. Carpet was super dirty and stains on the blankets Almost everything.

not much Filthy daughter found a purse with a crack pipe in it under the mattress broken stuff in room and door loc k was broke. They moved us to another room tub is disgusting never cleaned found a nasty used washcloth hanging from top of shower.

Loved the pool! Clean and comfortable room and friendly helpful staff.
