There were stains on the sheets. They had been clearly washed but were dingy and had some staining. The carpet also felt like they were crumbs or dirt on it.

Another young man Sunil though on a later shift was also amicable, kind and helpful. The room service staff were all kind, considerate and helped keep the room and bathroom in order. The pool man was kind The grounds keeper was also kindband nice to talk with. Most of the guests were also nice to have short conversations with. Yes the air conditioning fine, room was always clean. I was thankful for the no smoking policy in the room from any previous guests. And food at local Mexican restaurant good with friendly family staff

This was my second time at this property on my 12 day driving vacation in the Smokies. No frills, but clean and convenient to my needs. Friendly staff.

Pool was nasty. Place is older, but upgrades would help a great deal. Front desk clerk not really friendly.

Great location and nice staff

Front desk staff was very nice. The room was decent but the carpeting definitely needs a cleaning. Simple breakfast but didnt need any more. Great if just traveling through, I wouldnt vacation here.

The room was very loud, and homeless people were sleeping in their cars all night long, loud groups of people yelling

TV needs upgrade, remotes did not work.

Our bed was not clean and had to ask 3x for it to be changed and then we ask to do it ourself because they housekeeping was off and forgot to come and do it. This was the 3x we stayed here and the only time we had to deal with something like this.

The room was clean and sufficient for my overnight needs. Room temperature was good. The ice machine was empty. Coffee was good. Helpful staff. Good location for my needs.

Honestly this stay was better than our average expectations. The pool was well maintained. The rooms were clean. For the price this was an excellent stay, a hidden gem even.

We enjoyed the convenience, breakfast was good. Room was clean. Tv services was good too

Room was clean and well supplied. Bed was very comfortable. We had a difficult time locating the property at first. My husband eventually noticed the days inn sign in the hedge on our third drive by.

The room has a mini-fridge (hard to find these days in affordable hotel rooms), is spacious and clean. The breakfast items are pretty decent and the area is clean. Friendly staff. Plenty of pillows for the room/bed size requested!!
