Didn’t like much about io…men behind the desk didn’t have a clue and didn’t seem concerned about finding out. No idea of what ADA required for a room to be accessible to all levels of disability. When I checked in, he did not answer as to whether the doors. had deadbolts. It was late and I was late for an event. The carpet had brown spots all it. The bend was too high for people to transfer . There was a regular bathtub whereas I was booked for walk-in-shower through you and the clerk said they did not have “any” walk.in showers. There were no grab bars. After my, after my event I stopped at the hotel office to inquire about the accessibility issues. He gave no explanation and I told him I would stay. I asked about sodas and he told me to go way behind the building and it was dark. I drove around to the back but could not fell the location of the machines, no way would I have gotten out of my car that far back in the dark. The neighbors were load late, extreme amounts of loud coughing . Only sleep about 2 hours. Then, I was laying in bed and looked down. That’s when I saw the very alive bugs.When I checked out I spoke to the clark about the bugs inHe said he would tell the manager. outside was clean

I wouldn't know. I didn't get to stay there. The app booked me on Tunnel Rd. Unfortunately there is no Days Inn on Tunnel Rd anymore. I tried calling the number provided and I could not get in touch with them. I'm not sure why I was allowed to book at a location that is no longer there

Convenient No microwave in room . Customers needed it!!!

There were stains on the sheets. They had been clearly washed but were dingy and had some staining. The carpet also felt like they were crumbs or dirt on it.

Another young man Sunil though on a later shift was also amicable, kind and helpful. The room service staff were all kind, considerate and helped keep the room and bathroom in order. The pool man was kind The grounds keeper was also kindband nice to talk with. Most of the guests were also nice to have short conversations with. Yes the air conditioning fine, room was always clean. I was thankful for the no smoking policy in the room from any previous guests. And food at local Mexican restaurant good with friendly family staff

This was my second time at this property on my 12 day driving vacation in the Smokies. No frills, but clean and convenient to my needs. Friendly staff.
