The hotel is comfortable, clean, and convenient if you need to catch an early flight out of Asheville. We arrived earlier than check-in time, but the hotel identified a room for us immediately. Convenient and complementary parking in the adjacent garage is a plus. Overall, a very nice end to our trip to the Carolinas.

The pool is pretty terrible, which is why I took a star off for the amenities. Indoor pools generally aren't amazing, but this one is awful looking. My double queen room was quite nice.

Clean, safe and friendly, helpful staff. I love that area around hotel with movies, restaurants and stores! All walkable destinations. Had problem either being charged for restaurant items that were not mine. I did not charge to my room. Manager to refund me, will look at bill before I leave next time, instead is waiting for email.
