Superb

We were pleased with the overall cleanliness of the property. The room was spacious and breakfast was great. Staff were available to us and friendly.

Cozy, clean and comfortable. Especially liked the kitchenette with the bigger fridge.

The suite was huge!! Suitable for 5 sisters. Front desk very efficient.

Just overall nice

It is located VERY CLOSE to the Biltmore estate. I have no idea what happened to the area immediately around the hotel, but all the other buildings were vacant and in horrible condition. I was surprised we never saw any homeless individuals as the vacant properties appeared to be ideal spots for people to squat. We had zero issues with our vehicle while there and the hotel itself appears newer and well maintained. Breakfast was impressive. I would stay there again.

Bathroom could use a pocket door. The hinged door wouldn’t open fully and jammed when making contact with the floor.

Glad you offered breakfast. Thank You Loved the size of the room Very Quiet You needto offer bacon more. Mattresses were a little uncomfortable. Breakfast needs to be offered until eleven instead of having to set a clock to get breakfast. Need to fix other elevator.The only elevator that worked stalled and had to wait til it started working again before I could leave.

It was very sad to see the surrounding properties hadn't been replaced or renovated since the floods. This area was hit pretty hard however. We will still consider this hotel again when we come back.

The staff was great, good parking and free laundry. Breakfast was great

Exceptional

The location was central to all our activities. Our room was clean, spacious and accommodated four adult women on our annual “Girl’s Trip”!

You could say this place has everything except…. working elevators! When we were there only one of the two elevators worked, and the one that did work broke down twice in three days. Staff were helpful and responsive in getting it running again, but still it’s a nuisance. Hopefully they fix it soon, because it marred an otherwise perfect stay.

The elevator stopped working , but they fixed it immediately and it was not a problem !

Location and proximity to the Biltmore is awesome. However, the area immediately surrounding the hotel was rough. Buildings literally falling down, lots of graffiti and just a general unsafe vibe.

Convenient location. Elevator broken for 3 days and pool was green. Otherwise decent.
