Such an amazing experience, the staff went above and beyond. The property is so unique, I would not recommend staying anywhere else in Aspen! Thanks to Jack in the entire team for making it so memorable. We will definitely be back again soon.

What was most enjoyable about our stay was the staff. They are a well oiled machine and clearly strive to make sure your stay is absolutely perfect. The concierge Team, Harris and Jennifer had a car service waiting for us upon our arrival. The prospect servers were outgoing and attentive. Anne at the from desk was extremely helpful. Taja kindly escorted us around town and was helpful with local recommendations. There are so many names I can’t remember but as a Team, Hotel Jerome works tirelessly to make sure your stay is a one-of-a-kind experience. Thanks Hotel Jerome Team for a great stay.

Can't think of anything that wasn't great. Not inexpensive but it is Aspen. Spotless, comfortable, friendly staff, great coffee in Felix, perfect location.
