Unit was very small

Staffed by nice, helpful people the IS suffered from no parking, ( you have to park in surrounding neighborhoods and the closest we got was 3 blocks away), aging room improvements (the cabinet doors fell off when opened) and a sorry excuse for a “free” breakfast consisting of generic breakfast burritos and Jimmy Dean sandwiches that you had to figure out on your own how to heat up.

Difficult to find enough plugs for my phone, laptop, electric tooth brush, hearing aids. One already started roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. Fortunately there were kleenex. Other than these issues, the staff was fantastic and the location great

It was LOUD. Not sure if it was because it's summer and people outside, but the hotel is surrounded by restaurants and a music venue. Plus the alley way is next to hotel and could hear the garbage trucks early morning. Didn't sleep at all! Parking is terrible. Had to TRY to find parking along designated areas with a permit. Parked about five blocks away. The positive is it's an excellent location, walkable to everything.

Monday morning we wanted breakfast at 7:30, but it was not open. Also the pull out couch mattress desperately needs to be replaced.

Great location

The location is amazing, but for the steep price tag the hotel is very poorly maintained. My shower didn't have hot water and the spaces are in need of a refresh.
-
Perfect location to walk to all the activities, shopping, bars, and restaurants in Aspen. Great continental breakfast. Gorgeous views from rooftop spa/patio. Easy check in/check out.

Perfect as always
-
Dated but the location can't be beat.
-
Excellent location, staff was very helpful and nice. Breakfast could be a little better.
-
Nice room with lots of closet space. Very clean. Excellent location in the downtown core. Staff is only there 9-5 which seems strange but worked out fine. The roof top has a hot tub and great view.

A little noisy coming from the street.
-
Great location. Quite possibly the stiffest bed I’ve ever slept in.
-
Prime location , our room was small but workable for three people. Staff was pleasant and helpful, Check-in was a breeze. Breakfast was basic but hit the spot. Steps from transport hub and Ajax gondola , and very central within Aspen village , very short walk to many restaurants and shops. Overall great stay.

It’s a shame because it’s really cute and very well-located. Down side - there is no hotel parking and it was very difficult to park!
