Location, service and room I desired was provided as advertised. Great concierge as well, food amazing, best burger ever!

The sound of the water heater kept us up all night
-
Room was nice. But smell from the heather was nasty.
-
For the price it was horrible it wasn’t worth the money The room was very congested outside was construction going on very noisy could not open the windows because because of dust. There was 2 times private party going on so we had no access to the outdoor area. We waisted half a day changed rooms, but still noice from construction. Also we were invested to a Marriott elite member party when we arrived it was cancelled. And we no notification.

The room was spotless, the staff was both friendly and helpful, the views are unparalleled, and the overall amenities were above the bar.
-
The staff were exceptional—welcoming, professional, and consistently accommodating. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and we were especially impressed by how warmly our dog was welcomed. It made the stay feel even more special. We also spent time at the spa, which was wonderful and lived up to the resort’s reputation for relaxation and luxury. Overall, the St. Regis Aspen provided exactly the kind of high-end, memorable experience we were looking for. We’d happily return on our next visit to Aspen.

the hotel was wonderful in all aspects
-
The property is a very beautiful hotel and a fabulous location but the service was not good from check in to check out and the food was mediocre at best …for the price - you can do way better. It’s a 5 star hotel with 2 star service and food.

Wonder place to stay
-
The hotel staffers are wonderful. And I looked to that destination and hotel because I was bringing my dogs with me. I love the way they respected them. Food is good. Location is great. During my stay they had a 2 days wedding party. It was right next my window. Loud music and loud people didn’t allow me even make a call.. but it was over 10ish pm, so I could sleep.

We thank Charlotte for arranging the anniversary gift of fine wine with chocolates that was delivered to our room. Something that my wife and I didn't expect.
-
The dog they have for visitors to pet. All the luxuries are amazing.
-
The location is perfect. The room was very small for $1100/night. The GFCI in the bathroom did not work and there was a large tear in the velvet couch, which seemed a bit strange. The bathroom plumbing was a bit dated as well and difficult to control on temp.
-
Beautiful and classic.

Good

The bed sagged badly in the middle. I almost slept on the sofa and I had to put many towels on the bed to try to fill up the sagging gap but it didn't work. Everything else was great but I could not stay there again due to the sagging bed. By the way, I do not have any back issues. This was simply a very bad bed.
