HVAC and Televisions both out last day. No communication by hotel staff. They gave only a $150.00 credit.

The hallways had a persistent, unpleasant odor throughout our stay. We reported this to the front desk twice, yet nothing was done to address the issue. For the amount of money this hotel charges, every detail should be on point — from service speed to cleanliness to food quality. Unfortunately, this was far from the case. We left feeling extremely disappointed and will not be staying at this hotel again.

Location is unbeatable and generally the service was amazing. They even unwound my wife’s hairdryers cable which was a mess - never before experienced something like that. Great snacks for free in the room. Quality breakfast. Our room faced the street and it was a bit noisy with garbage trucks in the night. Also the water pressure could have been better.

Manager let us change our original room. We were above trash truck, gardener, delivery area, constant noise all hours of nite and day. Room we got after that nightmare was terrific. Very clean, spacious and above all…peaceful. Manager also sent up and bottle of champagne, a card and chocolate strawberries for our anniversary. That was extremely kind of him. He was great to work with and made things right. Lived how they picked us up and dropped us from airport. Overall the employees were all great. Prices of the room, fluxuation from rates Tuesday and Wednesday to Thursday doubled. Didn’t like that there are no cancellations.
