Front desk is not the most professional and not the best at communication. Very disappointing for a $1000 per night hotel. However rooms were clean and location is excellent.

Just a cool hotel! Perfect location! The little Nell is right next door and not cooler or worth the cost, which is why I don’t understand why this hotel is not considered superior. Great pool and Mountain View and I felt totally taken care of by the staff. Free airport transfer was also nice!

Great location in town. Modern and clean. Provided courtesy shuttle in town and to the airport. Staff was kind and well informed.

Our stay was great, the team was super helpful and accommodating. The front desk receptionist was so nice and friendly. Can’t recall her name, but she’s from Savannah, GA, close to home for us!

Service and staff are excellent, location is perfect, walkable, also has complimentary transportation from hotel we used it to go to maroon bells shuttle. We also enjoyed rooftop bar and hot tub. Room is very nice.

We stayed in the Presidential Suite and while the room was amazing, it was not super clean. Also the tub and record player did not work.

I had an excellent stay at the W Hotel—everything from the service to the amenities was top-notch. The staff was attentive, the rooms were beautifully maintained, and the overall experience exceeded expectations.

Don’t get a room on the first floor behind the club

location was top and that's about it. Next time I will not be staying there. 20 000 USD for this is just insane I think. for me the W is a 3 star hotel and this was a 800 USD a night hotel, no more than that. breakfast was ok. Hotel very expensive for what it is. Too much colors, decor too modern and not to my taste. Impossible to find someone at reception or room service. Had to call a bunch of times. Valet guys kind of sleepy, My spouse was late to handle something and they had cars available just no one was willing to do the work. Only purified water for free (just so you know, it has no minerals). You can't be sellling 20 000 rooms for 8 days and not offer decent water)

Hotel staff and management urgently need Racial diversity training that addresses unconscious bias employees display, when dealing with guests of African American descent. My family and I were treated very indifferently on our stay at The W Aspen. When brought to the attention of management, they made several excuses justifying the actions of their staff members, and accepted no accountability or responsibility for their behavior.
