Hotel Eastin Riverwalk

Ok... I'm gonna just say .. you get what you pay for. Our shower head was angled towards the wall and made it difficult to get under, the tub didn't drain. One light didn't work. I would absolutely not walk barefoot on the floor. BUT! The room was clean otherwise, there was a well working fridge, the beds were comfy and the sheets were clean. No bugs. If you're just looking for a place to rest your head for the night, it's a good enough spot for that.

The AC did work. The sheets were clean. The shower did have hot water and good pressure. But very, very rundown and unclean.

I couldn’t even stay there. There were cigarette burns on bed and furniture. Some rooms were boarded up with plywood. It’s named Riverwalk but it is nowhere near the riverwalk. Disgusting and unsafe.

it is literally a crack den! The pillows are probably about 10 years old! Absolutely horrible! Some of the locals asked me where I was staying and they wondered why the police hadn't closed it down. Absolutely horrifying place to stay.

Dirty and a lot of Crocker

From the moment I opened the door, the atmosphere felt unpleasant. The pathways were poorly lit, creating an unwelcoming environment. Additionally, contrary to what was advertised, the Wi-Fi required a password. Inside the room, the shelves were barely secured, many lights were not working, and the bathroom was in a particularly unacceptable state of cleanliness. To make matters worse, there was no phone in the room to contact the front desk for assistance. Overall, the condition of the room was far below expectations, and this has left me with a very negative impression. Given this experience, I will not be returning, nor can I recommend your establishment to others.

The motel was so old it's scrappy place there is no proper customer service and they are not providing anything inside the room

There wasn't anything to like about the property. The TV didn't work. The floor was dirty, There weren't any amenities to like because there weren't any. The manager came to set up the TV, but it still didn't work. We went straight to be and left as soon as we got up. Nothing good.

I honestly think the 10/10 reviewers were paid. A/C worked. The linen was clean, but the floor was not. There were dead bugs in the bathroom, the soap was hard, and the bathtub didn't drain. The bed sloped toward the head so I pulled off the covers and slept with the pillows on the foot. It was late, I was tired, so I stayed.

The whole place was dirty. Everything worn out. This place needs shut down.

Great hospitality

I stayed a few years ago and maintenance has been lax. I was in a room with two dogs , but still not acceptable

Sadly we didn’t like anything about the property. The front office person was nice, and understandable, of our concerns. we didn’t end up staying after going to our room. It was unacceptable. It was dirty, mattresses were dirty under the sheets, floor wasn’t swept or mopped, a lot of area(s) in the room needed fixed. We found a certain kind of bug, one you never want to find in a hotel, it was dead by the door but I’m guessing there were more around. The location was scary it’s not a place for a family to stay. Definitely a traveling worker type place.

AC worked, room was a bit dusty, but overall, good for the price.

Staff was very nice. Very sketchy hotel, rooms boarded up and people wondering around during night. Room was clean, bed comfy but door had no security lock and room didn't have chair to put in front of the door.
