Grandson feet were bleeding when he got out of the pool. I was charged for 2 night stay the first reservation was booked on the wrong date and was told by staff it could not be changed because I booked through this site. So paid for the night I stayed and then had to pay for the original reservation when I want even in the state of Alabama I was back home.

The room was dirty and needed cleaned and the ac was not working

Breakfast was great. Room was not very clean. Floor was dirty, roach was in the bathroom crawling on a stained bathroom towel, room had an old motel stink smell. Room has newer furniture but cleanliness definitely needs some improvement.

Pool is out of service. Everything was nasty outside inside. Office area smelled horrible. Dead bugs in rooms had 2 rooms had to switch one . But everything is nasty and dirty they don’t wipe anything down . Dust and dirt everywhere. Do not stay here!

Sleep Dirty

We were please with our stay. There was a small hiccup in which the correction couldn’t haven then. So the staff quickly moved our room which actually was a better room. Would return if ever traveling near there again.

Breakfast was better than expected. Sausage patties, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffle maker, muffins, bagels, cereal and juice. Rooms are in need of maintenance and housekeeping. Toilet wobbled and seat was loose and would shift. Floors were dirty and I did not want to walk without slippers on. Did not see any insects though thank goodness. Area did not feel unsafe.But definitely need to focus on maintenance and housekeeping.

Location price stay here many times this time terrible the rest were great Cleaning dog or cat hair and hair left in sink had to reclean room we re cleaned the room

Location Bed had stains, bed had bugs ( took pictures) n o soap in bathroom, couldnt use shower because cant get in a tub, asked for extra towles/ facecloths-none given, floors filthy, bed sheets (fitted) were on inside out. Stayed 3 nights and 4 days never once did housekeeping come to check anything. One towel, one facecloth and one hand towel ( all of which were stained) is not enough for 2 people for 4 days. I have stayed at RRI before in other states and had NO problems. I will not be coming back to tour facility. And my google review will reflect all mentioned above, with pictures. I will slso be contacting corporate.

Breakfast in the morning was great. I don't eat much, but I was satisfied.
