Can't believe they didn't have a swimming pool.

Great location hidden off main road, close to good restaurants and food deliveries. Great staff very helpful and friendly. Only complaint was the musty smell in halls and in room - needs to be deodorized badly.

The bed was comfy but the TV didn’t work. There was a dead bug stuck to the bulletin board behind a piece of paper with hotel information. Not a huge deal, especially since we didn’t see it until we were packing up to leave.

Clean room, helpful staff, free coffee in lobby was good.

The room was clean and quiet, and the staff great. I would definitely stay here again. Here are the small details that might matter to some. The pillows smelled a bit, I am sure if I had complained they would have replaced them. The kitchen was fabulous and had soap and towels to clean the dishes. There were only two of each in the kitchen, so washing dishes was essential. There was not a lot of light in the room, and there were no mirrors outside the bathroom (or in the hallways). The fan in the bathroom was insufficient to remove the steam. Room cleaning was once per week. Checkout at noon. Grocery stores nearby.

The room was absolutely filthy! The carpet was not vacuumed as previously requested! Bathroom was dirty! There was gnats flying all around the bathroom! Bed sheets and cover were filthy! The only part of the room that was clean, was the kitchen. We were supposed to stay until Monday, but we checked out on Sunday because we couldn’t stand to stay another day in the room. We complained to front desk, but all she offered us was points towards another visit. Very disappointed!! Clean room

The entire staff here is very friendly. From the general Manager down to housekeeping and maintenance are the best. You feel at home when you stay here.

Great location and price for the amenities. Very humid inside the rooms.

Great little gym, one of the better ones I’ve been able to use while on vacation. Also really appreciated the free laundry. Very humid inside the room itself. Even though I ran the air conditioner 24/7 everything felt damp.

The only thing I would change would be better signage at the main road to see where to turn.

I don't understand hotels allowing animals in every room in a hotel. It makes them disgusting. Keep some rooms for travelers who prefer not to pay $200 to sleep in a barn. If you have the slightest aversion to animal smells, go somewhere else. It should be the people who want to travel with animals who have to do extra work to find a room, not regular people who just want a clean place to sleep.

Had to pay for parking didn't let us know before booking. Had to wait 45mins before check-in due to having one staff.
