Good price in the Athens market. Big old place that is well maintained. Crowded. Ok parking but not great. Would stay there again.

Location, availability Cigarette smoke was coming into room thru a/c vent from smoker during majority of stay. Supposed to be non smoking location.

Room was very out dated. Pics do not show it. Shower head was broke. Spider webs in ceiling corners. Very poorly “remodeled” bed outdated. AC didn’t cool room down. Was not worth $112 a night. Never will I take my wife and kid to a place like that again

Overall for the price it's a great place if you just need a bed for the night. We most likely will not be returning mainly because of the beds.

Room was bug infested and they didn't change the sheets.

The price was good. There was a cockroach problem at the property. Upon entering our room, there was a large, dead cockroach on the floor. I immediately got the dead cockroach up. Then, we found bugs in both of our beds. To make matters worse, there were live cockroaches, just outside the doors of the other rooms, attempting to get in. And there were several large bird nests that had been formed on several areas on the outside, with much bird poop, all over those areas.

This was a convenient place to stay as we were passing through. It is definitely an older facility. Our room was so humid there seemed to be a layer of moisture on everything. Cooling system definitely needs updated. The breakfast area looked nice and clean but there wasn't a lot offered so we didn't eat there

The room was clean. Parking was right outside our door. Breakfast was mediocre. Staff was absolutely great. We had issues with the TV in the late evening and the lady at the front came to help.
