This is a bed and breakfast style house not a hotel. The house is beautiful! The staff and owners are very kind and helpful. I had the room with the in-room bathroom and it was spacious. Absolutely no complaints. I will definitely stay here again whenever I visit Atlanta.

I spent three wonderful nights at Sugar Magnolia, and I'll be sure to stay again the next time I'm in Atlanta. A beautiful and spacious home with genuine character, and the proprietor and owners are all extremely welcoming. I stayed in the Garden Room, which I loved, and all three breakfasts--different each morning--were delicious. Also, the location is terrific, especially if you'd like to stay away from downtown. Just two blocks from Krog Market and the Beltline, which is marvelous for a long walk or run. Really, you can't go wrong staying here.

Excellent breakfast and helpful employees and the entire building was very clean.

The food was delicious and the hosts so friendly.

A beautiful Victorian home with charming hosts and delicious homemade breakfast! Perfect location to safely explore the Atlanta beltline and leisurely stroll the beautiful neighborhood.

Convenient location, beautiful historic home, period furnished, clean room, great host (Kathryn).

Sugar Magnolia is beautiful, immaculate, stylishly decorated with antiques and run with their guests comfort in mind. It's a special environment designed to make you feel welcome and cared for. It's close to downtown venues and the Beltway, and within walking distance to restaurants. I highly recommend a stay there.

What a great place to stay when in ATL. It's in Inman Park area, beautiful neighborhood, lots of parkland as well as restaurants and shopping. The property itself is in excellent condition (considering it's over 150 years old). Get the Royal Suite if you can.

This is our second time staying at Sugar Magnolia. The hosts are extremely attentive and offer a wonderful place close to all of the attractions in Atlanta. We stayed both times to attend concerts at The Eastern. Thank you so much to Kathryn and Debbie. We appreciate you both!

Breakfast was delicious every morning, and the hosts were warm, welcoming, and very attentive. The whole place has a peaceful, homey atmosphere that made it easy to relax. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

We loved it. If in Atlanta again, would return.

The cottage suite worked well for us. A few steps from the main inn in which we had breakfast and also enjoyed sitting and reading. The location was close to a lot of attractions by car. The innkeeper, Kathryn, was very pleasant and helpful during our 5 days there. I highly recommend this B & B

Super Magnolia is A charming and well maintained Victorian style home converted into a Bed & Breakfast. Featuring comfortable, spacious, charming, and unique themed rooms. The Innkeeper Kathryn was absolutely delightful, accommodating, and prepared a perfect breakfast and conversation every morning. I was even able to get some light "Birding" in as the property has a nice variety of visitors. Great location, easy street parking, Great Vibes!

Highly recommend Sugar Magnolia to anyone fortunate enough to need lodging in Inman Park. The house is charming, elegant and comfortable and Kathryn is exceptional at communicating and providing service that feels more like care. Wish I could have stayed longer!

Fabulous! Safe location. Close to MARTA station. Amenities galore. The Innkeeper, Kathryn, was a joy and provided everything I could possibly need or want. Would definitely stay here again!

This bed and breakfast was one of the best stays I have ever experienced. The host was warm and inviting and her cooking is exceptional! Our room was beautiful with very high ceilings and since we were on the second floor and had access to a shared balcony (and a large balcony at that), we had consistent access to a lovely view of the surrounding neighborhood and downtown Atlanta beyond. Everyone was so kind and the amenities were plentiful. If we ever have need to stay in Atlanta again, we are only booking the Sugar Magnolia.
