Check in time was an hour late with no compensation. Bathroom fixtures were not secure.

We had never stayed there before but were well pleased. Clean room with great view- we called it a balconette-just wide enough for a beach chair sideways. Breakfast was good and filling. Pools were very clean . Molly’s restaurant had good bar food too. Desk was always polite and helpful. Great find!

Three girlfriend’s trip to Atlantic Beach was excellent. Hotel very clean, as was pool area. We enjoyed having something to eat at Molly’s when we arrived after a long day of driving. Staff was courteous and polite. Housekeeping was best I have experienced in years! Don’t miss out on a trip to Gaffers for good food and music! This was one of my top beach experiences. I love this hotel and location.

We had arrived early and was told you had a very busy Saturday and the rooms are not ready. I explained we had an event to go to at 4pm and would love to change and freshen up. The lady at the counter said give me a few minutes and I will find you a room. Well she was very helpful and found a room ready for us. This enabled us to get ready for our event. .

Always a great place to stay

Check in time was too late.

The A/C was turned off for well over fours hours and when we went to check out, one of the elevators wasn’t working. On a Friday when people are leaving with carts full of belongings.

Breakfast was amazing. The hash brown casserole was on point. Our boys loved the waffles and fruit. The views are exquisite. Every room has at least a partial view of the ocean and it was breathtaking. Would definitely stay again

The staff was so nice and helpful. The front desk staff were awesome!

Beachfront location; outdoor Cabana and pier

Balcony is super small if you have only a partial ocean view. Big enough only to stand on. Staff was amazing. I was literally washing my hair and realized there was no conditioner. It was brought to the room in less than 2 min. Room was very clean and updated. The pool was crowded most of the time but that was expected. The only issues I can think to mention is some of the staff at the outdoor restaurant/bar are very rude. Where others (we had Chi once and she was amazing) were great. So that part just depends on who you get. And the parking is horrible. Be prepared to walk if the hotel is booked to capacity. There are 2 lots and we often ended up in a gravel overflow lot... not the easiest for rolling a cart to unload the car but we managed. There are only 2 elevators and depending on the time of day, youll need to be patient. Overall small issues compared to the amazing staff and better conditions than some other hotels in the area. My daughter had breakfast every morning and said it was very good. Housekeeping came every morning and freshened up the room for us. Beds were more comfortable than many hotel beds. We had everything we needed and then some.

Loved our stay. Kids enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools. Outdoor bar and restaurant was my fav!

Rooms were very clean, cleaning crew was super helpful. We did have a couple put their dogs in the pool. They were very small dogs but they were in the pool 😵‍💫that’s against the rules. But for the most part we enjoyed our stay.

Location and multiple pools were great The breakfast was expensive and didn't taste good.

The place is great, friendly staff,clean and kept up property. Everything you need in one place. Will definitely stay here again.

Location We ate the buufet breakfast one morning, but not again. Flies were all over the fruit. The staff were not there at the serve table to correct the fly issue. I was very turned off!
