Breakfast buffet was reasonably priced and I was very impressed with the offerings of actual fresh berries! Overall a great hotel to enjoy Atlantic Beach. Only reason I did not give 5 stars was because we were placed in a room on the 2nd floor which literally looked out to a tar roof with A/C units. Balcony door would not open (we only wanted to dry towels, not to actually sit on that ugly thing) so we had to call maintenance. The room was sold as "partial ocean view" so I was expecting that but not a hot tar roof... Credit to front desk, they did try to find another room but there was not any available.The girls who work the front office are super friendly and helpful, a spectacle of Southern hospitality overall.

Everything outside the room was excellent. Our room with a King sized Bed had a horrible bathroom with little room and no exhaust fan. The outside balcony was small and had no chairs to sit on.

We stayed just one night. Hotel is clean and right on the beach. I wish they had a water spigot to wash off the sand before going into the hotel.

This is our second time staying at this hotel and we absolutely love it. The housekeeping team are amazing and they do not get enough credit. The only issue we have witih the hotel is the pool is accessible by anyone, despite there being signs up that the pools are for guests only. A lot of times people would park in the free lot, post their stuff up on the pool deck, then go down to the beach, and they were not hotel guests.

Room was very clean. Pier was very scenic. Not a huge walk to the beach. Always been our go to for AB stays. Until next time. Stay Clean!!!

They have roaches and when I told them at check out I just got some song and dance about the heat and the location being the reason Then when I said that they did not have roaches the last time I stayed they said it switched hands no discount no apologies nothing I will never book there again
