GREAT PLACE TO Vacation at with a two minute walk to the beach

The rooms appear shabbier than the pictures (as is typically the case) but the signs of neglect are obvious. The room we received had a slow draining tub and sink. We were there for 4 nights and asked several times for maintenance to remedy the issue. I finally asked for a plunger and my husband ended up pulling a wad of hair out of the drain…ewww! I figured he’d had done enough of the hotel’s job and would not let him try to remedy the sink! If things how you wish to spend your holiday weekend, go for it. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

Very outdated and dirty hotel. Also no early check-ins, so check-in line at 4:00 took forever! The staff was okay but seemed distracted on their phones and also gossiping among each other. The resort fee was an unexpected fee on my card after pre-paying for hotel ahead of time. This hotel was the biggest catfish ever!!

Not the cleanest. Horrible squealing alarm sound outside all weekend by the pool. So loud, we couldn't stand to sit out there. They need to fix that.

I enjoyed my stay with my son. The rooms were clean and spacious. I only wish there was a continental breakfast, but it would not stop me from staying again. It would be nice to have brooms to access to use in the rooms to sweep up sand. I will consider staying again if I return to the beach.

I did not realize this was a pet friendly hotel. There was alot of barking going on in the room beside us. I also noticed that people were not picking up poop when their dogs we using the bathroom outside. I would not stay there again because I am allergic to cats.

Great beach location. Check in was ridiculous. Our room was ready, but we were 15 minutes early and had to pay an additional $25 or wait till 4. The rooms were adequate, but definitely not as clean as I would like. Overall, the staff were friendly, particularly the bartender, she was amazing!

Room was fairly comfortable. A/c never completely cooled the room, partially because of humidity. The rest was sufficient. I did see a roach in our bathroom one night, though. It could have been a bit cleaner in the detail cleaning.

The front desk receptionist did not tell me that there is a $100 service fee. Neither did your website, which is bad business practice. Most of the staff was pleasant. Someone knocked on my door at 9 in the morning to clean it and we hadn't checked out. More training is needed there.

Great place to stay , right across from the beach just a short walk, pet friendly, great pool and gym. Nice bar and the drinks were amazing and staff were great , rooms were clean parking was great

Beds had sand in them before we used them. Some staff were friendly, others were not. Overall mediocre experience.

No breakfast, but the number one complaint is how hard the beds are. When you are vacationing you don't want to feel like you're sleeping on the floor.

Pulling into the hotel there was active construction, otherwise looked nice. When we checked into the room we opened the door and ( just to be clear, we are dog/pet lovers) the room smelled of dog. It was so strong and uncomfortable. Under our feet we felt dirt. We left our bags and went to the Dollar General bought cleaning supplies including a mop, went back and spent one hour cleaning the room. Four times had to dry swift then mop and it was filthy!! What we picked up was disgusting. We wiped every surface down. Then the room smelled and looked clean. The dresser drawers would not stay closed my husband had to put splints under it in order to keep drawers closed. There was no breakfast as described, we were told they didn’t get their license back yet??? Overall not great experience and probably wouldn’t return.
