Room was very clean and staff was very helpful. My kids enjoyed the pool. Close to restaurants and casino.

As we arrived in the evening we witnessed an unsettling incident between the front desk staff and an elderly man who were trying to check in. To be kind, I won’t elaborate, but the evening front desk lady needs to be more pleasant. The morning people were great!

I felt like the front desk staff on the first day was prejudice and her demeanor was horrible. I feel like because we book through this site, we were not respected. We ended up switching to a better room. The gym was tiny. The breakfast was small in choice and bland. We were more comfortable at the neighboring hotel the Fairfield.

location I was given keys to a room already rented to someone else. I wish the hotel staff would have been friendlier or atleast apologized for the inconvenience of 3 trips upstairs with keys that wouldn't work because someone was already in the room. pool dirty

They have a fresh ground coffee maker. So the coffee is the best I ever had at a hotel. I have stayed in every hotel Atmore that are by the casino and this is my favorite.
