This place had a really nice bed and bathroom. It was really easy to check in. The Casino was nice. I wish that they would have had tables games also. I my only complaint is that the a/c in the room is motion senor. When I got into my room it was 75 degrees. I set it to 68. After being in the casino for a couple of hours, I went up to my room to see it was 75 in there. I went to the front desk to voice my concerns. That is where I learned that when there is no one in the room it goes to energy save mode. If I paid to stay somewhere, I want my a/c to whatever I set my a/c to.

Every staff person I encountered was smiling, pleasant and helpful. The room was beautiful and clean.

The room was very clean, and bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. I especially liked the marketplace having a variety of foods to choose from. Slots were looser in early evening rather than late nights. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Will be going back.

Got charged for a canceled room at WindCreek and booked it again through Expedia it was cheaper.I was there the day I was charged by WindCreek in a room. Check out bill changed in price. 3 times. before we left poor accounting and reservation not being canceled by them. After a call They did refund that night. Just this part of the trip was aggravating.

I know storms cause outages but to have no entertainment for hrs is a bummer no TV with no signal.for hrs and hrs. Not good!!!!
