Did not like that The morning clerk was too busy playing a game on her phone to check us out. The room wasn't even swept. The TV didn't work, they came and fixed it and then in the morning it didn't work again. The evening clerks boyfriend, friend, husband (not sure which) was hanging around in the lobby.

Breakfast was in need of attention. Bathroom needs more attention but the maintenance man was sweet & accommodating.

Nothing, very poor receptionist. The ad says there's a pool, pool was closed, actually the pool is destroyed.

The room was dirty and was given three different rooms before the gave us a room and it had trash from other people still inside and pool was closed we needed couple towels and they couldn’t get us any

The pool was dry as a bone and looks like it needs to be redone completely. The clerk who took our deposit "misplaced" it and management haven't contacted meabout the missing money, nor did they seem to care that my deposit is missing.

THE POOL WAS UNUSEABLE NO WATER..NO SWIMMING!WHICH RUINED OUR STAY! I BOOKED THIS ROOM FOR 4TH OF JULY WEEKEND BECAUSE THEY OFFERED A NICE POOL AND KIDS POOL!!ROOM IS BIG! BED IS COMFORTABLE. NO SOAP, NO SHAMPOO,NO BLANKET TO COVER UP WITH..JUST A SHEET AND BREAKFAST UNSATISFACTORY! YOUR MONEY IS LOCKED IN UNREFUNDABLE..SO ONCE YOU PAY YOUR SCREWED OUT OF YOUR MONEY! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! I CAN A SURE YOU IF YOU BOOK YOUR STAY EXSPECTING TO SEE WHATS IN THEIR PICTURES FOR THIS PROPERTY IT IS DEFINITELY A LIE AND THEIR PICTURES ARE DECEIVING!
