The room seemed very clean. Well the a/c was broke in the room I had pre-booked and the remote didn’t work in the room I got moved to which was already not what I had ordered and they had no other single king size bed rooms

The staff and the cleanliness. The air conditioning unit stopped working at about 1am on Saturday the 25th. When we went inside to return the key at around 8am we wanted to say something but no one was at the counter. We will not stay again.

I loved the bed and the shower and the fact that they have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers on the shower wall. We were able to pay an early check in fee and check in for the day before 11am even though the check in time isn't until 3pm. The TV was a little hard to navigate how to work it

This place was great! The room was clean and the staff was so kind, especially taking us and our pup in so late at night and during the storms we hit while traveling. We felt safe and stayed comfortable during our stay and the beds were so comfy!

Nothing beds hard as a rock and wasn’t really clean Beds were like concrete and room wasn’t clean there was hair in tub drain and floors wet in bathroom

The beds, pillows and sheets were nice. The bathroom mirror, lighting and sink were beautiful. Upon first impression, it looked like a crappy motel on the outside. The front desk lady did not have any customer service skills. The non smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke and you could tell the room had not been cleaned properly prior. The floors were very dirty. There were stains on the wall by the bathroom area and stains on the shower curtain. I have children so all of this stuff really ticked me off. $140/ night in a room like this is insane.
