Quality Inn Gadsden – Attalla

I loved the bed and the shower and the fact that they have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers on the shower wall. We were able to pay an early check in fee and check in for the day before 11am even though the check in time isn't until 3pm. The TV was a little hard to navigate how to work it

No hot water in shower. Made for no rest as I prepared for a 10k

This is an older hotel. It was fine for the night we stayed.

Easy access from highway

This place was great! The room was clean and the staff was so kind, especially taking us and our pup in so late at night and during the storms we hit while traveling. We felt safe and stayed comfortable during our stay and the beds were so comfy!

Bed bugs°

Nothing beds hard as a rock and wasn’t really clean Beds were like concrete and room wasn’t clean there was hair in tub drain and floors wet in bathroom

The beds, pillows and sheets were nice. The bathroom mirror, lighting and sink were beautiful. Upon first impression, it looked like a crappy motel on the outside. The front desk lady did not have any customer service skills. The non smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke and you could tell the room had not been cleaned properly prior. The floors were very dirty. There were stains on the wall by the bathroom area and stains on the shower curtain. I have children so all of this stuff really ticked me off. $140/ night in a room like this is insane.

Morning attendant (jason) was super nice. Evening attendant was rude and not informative.

This is an older hotel, and efforts have been made to up date bath and counter tops. The beds were comfortable and room seemed clean. New walk in shower, but did not use. Sloppy work on painting and corking around bottom around woodwork. Looks like this was done by children.

Please be Amazed at the Transformation of this Property. Everything is Remodeled nicely Clean Rooms and to top it off a Full Breakfast in the Morning.

Room was clean. Bed was conferdble, the door didn't want to shut all the way without slamming it, the lock latch was bent. The water in the bathroom sink had a steady stream wouldn't shut of. Thay do offer breakfast thats a plus.will stay again the staff is really nice.

Very clean No real issues

Breakfast was awful...minimalist. Parking okay. A lot of money for bare bones.

Room smelled. Breakfast was bad. Eggs and sausage was ice cold. The guy brought out new, the top was just warm but the bottom was frozen. Will not go back.

Was a great value? The rooms were a lot nicer than I expected. Very happy with this motel. Breakfast could have been a little better.
