Was unable to take this trip tried several times to cancel but could not get a response from the hotel. I even called them directly and they told me that it could only be canceled by booking.com but they were of no help either.

Great stay

Very clean great location off interstate Pool was small and ac was having issues in hallways

We were assigned to room 409. We stayed in the room about an hour approximately. We changed clothes from traveling and were on our computers at the desk. Then, we were ready for bed. As I turned down the covers, I saw a small gray bug run across one of the pillows. I panicked. I did take a picture and brief video of the bug. Google Lens was not sure if it was a bed bug or not. Anyway, went to the front desk and they switched us to a different room and the front desk girl did come check on us. The room was much better and bug free.

We were a last minute booking when rainy weather made us decide to stop travel for the night. The front desk check in process was brief and our room was a welcome respite. The bed and pillows were comfortable allowing us restful sleep. We woke up refreshed . After eating a good breakfast with several options we were ready to continue our journey …the weather was clear too!

We came in late and left at 10 am totally missed breakfast 😢 but as for the room it was spot on! Spectacular! The beds were so comfortable and not to mention the pillows to choose from! Refrigerator and microwave right there and the TV already has all the streaming apps downloaded all you do is sign in and upon departure they automatically sign you out! How cool is that! I'll definitely be looking for Hamptons by Hilton EVERYWHERE I go!!! I highly recommend this location!!

This is my first encounter with the Hampton Inn. When I arrived the first lobby was very hot but the staff was very nice. When I got into my room it was also extremely hot, but understandable due to the weather. I was placed in a handicap room although I did not book one, the shower had no water pressure. THIS IS MY LARGEST ISSUE WITH THIS HOTEL. After I got settled in while looking for something I found a phone in the room. It was brand new with no case and no photo for the background. Finding a phone that looks to belong to someone is bad enough, but this phone did not appear to be someone’s personal device with raised concerns about the room being bugged. The phone was in a place that I believe should have been seen by housekeeping and honestly makes me doubt the cleanliness of the room itself. The night staff when addressed about the phone issue did not seem to be concerned or helpful. As well did not leave a written note about the device found in our room. They did not bother to gather or information as to contact us such as our room number or name. The morning staff was even less helpful to the matter and I personally felt my problems were ignored. This is deeply displeasing and as of now I will not be recommending this hotel for anyone. I will be recommending the Fairfield just down the road.

Will be staying at another hotel next time and questioning Hampton Inn and Hilton as a option for future travel.

Very dusty and aged. Irritated my sinus causing sinus infection. Stained wash clothes. Bathroom severely stained beige. Needs resurfacing. Air vents has over abundance of dust and bugs in filter. Bed very hard like sleeping on bricks. The entire hotel needs remodeling. Due to holiday weekend, wasn’t able to her get another hotel.
