The workers are beyond amazing…. The beds need upgraded for sure and the TV as well but as far as the rest I was pleasantly impressed. The beds are to hard

I'm 54 years old and have stayed in many hotels in that time. This was one of the worst. The room was non smoking and smelled of smoke and other odors I could not identify. The cabinets in the room were old and falling apart. Windows were smuged with stains like a child finger painted with snotty hands. The room next to us had a metal chair set up outside his door, with alcohol and a makeshift ash tray. The "bed" was hard and towels were thin. No hangers in the closet or iron. The only good thing about this place is is inexpensive.

No electrical power to plug in bathroom. No place to put thing. Bad smell. Tv was black 3/4 of the display. They couldnt replace or fix. I could only stay one night.

Everything about this property is absolutely amazing. From the front desk staff, to the housekeeping, to the maintenance, this property just feels secure and safe. It is very close to anything and everything that I would need/want as far as shopping and eating. Hands down the best hotel in Auburn, Alabama.

It was graduation and move out weekend at Auburn and not another hotel within 60 miles under $400. Because of their last minute cancellation we had to cancel all our weekend plans and drive 14 hours in a day. They also haven't refunded our money for the stay they cancelled.

Nothing The manager was rude and got upset that I went looking for her because no one was manning the front desk for over 30 minutes while 3 of us were waiting to check in.

Where do i start. The property manager used a personal number to cancel my reservation. 4 hours before my stay. After having it booked for weeks. Thank god i bought insurance because i would have been in trouble. Im not only person witt this issue. Photos are generated property doesn't look at all like whats posted. Avoid at all cost not worth the trouble or the hassle

The room was in good condition, with the refrigerator, sink, and stove-heater functioning excellently. The staff were courteous and helpful, though there is potential for improvement in their service. My primary concern was with the room service, which is offered once a week and includes only basic cleaning without towel changes or replenishment of toiletries. Upon extending my stay for an additional week, I requested fresh towels and toilet paper, but this request was declined. I respectfully pointed out that, given the extension, I expected at least a standard refresh of these amenities, but my request was not accommodated.

It was very close to restaurants and shopping areas I like everything shot the property…it was in a great location

There was NO ROOM. Booking.com booked rooms that were NOT available! Has to find somewhere else to stay and need a refund!

Nothing, my reservation was cancelled prior to my arrival without any notification! Well, the hotel could honor their reservations made online.

Location in Auburn Walls were stained with cigarette smoke and smelled the same. No exchange of towels or added toiletries. And most of all I was overcharged and then recharged equivalent to 3 weeks when I only stayed 3 days. I’m still waiting for a return call and refund.

I did not stay at the property due to they did not have my room available or no further accommodations for my needs
