I'm 54 years old and have stayed in many hotels in that time. This was one of the worst. The room was non smoking and smelled of smoke and other odors I could not identify. The cabinets in the room were old and falling apart. Windows were smuged with stains like a child finger painted with snotty hands. The room next to us had a metal chair set up outside his door, with alcohol and a makeshift ash tray. The "bed" was hard and towels were thin. No hangers in the closet or iron. The only good thing about this place is is inexpensive.

Everything about this property is absolutely amazing. From the front desk staff, to the housekeeping, to the maintenance, this property just feels secure and safe. It is very close to anything and everything that I would need/want as far as shopping and eating. Hands down the best hotel in Auburn, Alabama.

It was graduation and move out weekend at Auburn and not another hotel within 60 miles under $400. Because of their last minute cancellation we had to cancel all our weekend plans and drive 14 hours in a day. They also haven't refunded our money for the stay they cancelled.

Where do i start. The property manager used a personal number to cancel my reservation. 4 hours before my stay. After having it booked for weeks. Thank god i bought insurance because i would have been in trouble. Im not only person witt this issue. Photos are generated property doesn't look at all like whats posted. Avoid at all cost not worth the trouble or the hassle

J had a 4-hour drive to the hotel and about 2 hours before check in I received a text message from the hotel saying that the rooms were overbooked and my reservation was cancelled. This was the Friday night before the Alabama/Auburn football game. Needless to say, having to find another hotel at the 11th hour was less than ideal. This is not a good look.

The front desk clerk Jazmyne was very sweet and helpful check in was quick and easy. However, We stayed in room 310 a non smoking room, the room smelled horribly of cigarette smoke, the smell was so strong it made my head hurt and nose burn. The mattress was way to hard, there were only 2 pillows on the bed and they were way to soft it was like not using a pillow at all. The bathroom light flickered really bad almost like a strobe light. The property was clean.

Would not let me check in, woman was very rude.
-
Showed up at 11:00 pm and called the phone number in the after hours sign. They answered and told me they wouldn’t come to the front and let me check in - even though I had already paid through Expedia. Terrible experience with rude, unprofessional employees.
-
Horrible customer service. Staff at front desk rude as hell. Worst place ever!

If you need a good place to stay. This is the place!!! An awesome staff.

Stayed for a week with a toddler, staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend asking to be put in an updated room. The place is quiet and close to food and stores. Most people seem to live or room often so it’s got a community of its own. I felt safe at night and at peace in the room. I would stay here again.

Our reservation had to be changed due to a maintenance issue. So our party of 4 had to move to a single bed room. They did call ahead of time and let us know. The guy that checked us in was very nice and helpful with the room change. We checked in on Saturday and that was the last time we saw the office open. Only 1 roll of toilet paper and 2 sets of towels in the room. You better ask for extra at check-in. Office was closed but a staff member was present the next day. She told us we were unable to get any extra towels or tissue while the office was closed. Other than that it was a decent stay for a last minute trip.

Check in was messed up. Charged twice for a one night stay. Room was not clean. Looked like there had been an animal in the room prior to our stay and there were fur balls everywhere.

I had to cancel my reservation because i received information from my family in California, my mother got sick and i had to return to California. I wasn't given any assistance with the daily rate i was charged. I was charged $298. I felt it should have been lowered due to circumstances.
