Nice, clean room. Friendly staff. Breakfast service - ordered bacon, got sausage, was told it would be corrected, never was.

The room was exceptionally clean and well stocked and it had everything you need in a room. A real closet, real dreamers, tons of outlets and charging ports, a desk chair/table and a comfortable sitting chair The pool looked cloudy and it should be clear.

Staff is always very friendly, professional, and willing to assist. Pool area is in need of a power wash. Overall, hotel is clean and has all of the basics needed for a comfortable stay.

Staff were pretty rude, but I got in late after 2am. They had weird rolled up carpet under the stairs that looked like it had been torn up from a room and shoved in the corner. Weird. Bed was soft and unsupportive. Big plus though is checkout isn’t until noon. The curtains don’t really block the sun

We honestly had a great experience! Only stopped for one night but the facility was immaculate from the rooms, the lobby, the pool, elevators, everything! The staff was fantastic. There was a young woman when we checked in who was super sweet and helped us with multiple things. A different woman checked us out and she made sure we had fresh towels for the pool and was so kind to my kids. We really appreciate the great experience and will definitely be back!

Overall it was convenient, clean, and a nice place to visit. I had one thing wrong with the room. The stopper in the sink would not close. It was only an overnight stay so I did not request repairs.
