The front desk clerk was so helpful in locating a spot to park my car.

Biggest problem is with the room’s temperature control system. You can regulate the room just fine but the bathroom seems to be connected to an entirely different system. It is most disconcerting to walk into a freezing cold bathroom with no ability to adjust the temperature.

The staff at the lobby and bar were so accommodating! The renovations are great. Very clean room.

View of the river was very nice. Before we booked in my opinion we were led to believe there was breakfast included, but that was not why we booked this room even though it was was a consideration while choosing. Breakfast even though not included was not inferior and prices were comparable to most.

My only complaints are that the pet fee is so high and the QRO code in our room did not have an easy link to tip housekeeping.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with all requests. The location is very handly many local resturants within walking distance. The riverwalk is very nice.

I attended a private function that night. The servers were wonderful and the food provided was delicious. Something came up and I wasn't able to spend the night after all. I stopped at the desk to tell them but there was just one person at the desk and the customer he was helping had an issue that was taking awhile (neither one's fault). I didn't want to wait any longer to start my long drive home so I left
