Food was sub par. Cold.

Très bel hôtel! La chambre était très propre et le lit super confortable. Les déjeuners au restaurant de l'hôtel sont succulent avec une belle variété de choix au menu.

The best service and amenities!

Our two-night stay went well. The room was neat, tidy, and well furnished. We even had the opportunity to eat at the hotel lobby restaurant, although the menu was a limited one. The price for our room was reasonable enough, although slightly-higher-than-warranted for the central Maine location. If we had one area of criticism, it would be parking situation, which is meager and rather untenable when there's a scheduled "event" in the area. (We had to park across the street.). All in all, however, we found the facility to be much better than another location we've stayed at in Auburn in the past, and, for that reason, it remains our first pick when visiting.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. I like the variety of lobby snacks/drinks available too.

I waited over 30 minutes for my room. I finally settled for an alternate room. The lobby was being washed and there were hoses on the floors plus they were wet! That was very dangerous! I have difficulty ambulatory.

One of the best days ever. My room was so big and comfortable with a beautiful view of the river. The food at the hotel restaurant was super yummy. I slept like a baby in my comfy bed. I loved the immediate access to the Riverwalk right out the hotel back door. Highly recommended.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We thought we had paid for breakfast with our room but were charged extra for it and the blue and white checkered paper that the breakfast was served on had blue dye that bled onto our pancakes. Also the room had an unpleasant smell.

Staff was warm and welcoming, rooms were decent sized and comfortable, despite being busy was not loud. I had a hard time getting my work online done as they put my name in the system backwards and I had to reboot my device several times to make it work.

You need alternative breakfast for people who can’t sit . Continental simple stuff but other than that everything was great
