Hotel recently renovated. Looks great! Shower could use a face-lift deep clean next time around. Love this hotel

Staff was very good and pleasant. Wonderful stay. We have been coming to Maine for nearly forty years and have spent our first and last night in Auburn for the last five. Excellent in every way.

Beautiful rooms One of the rooms had mosquitos or bugs and the person staying in that room woke up with bug bites. We notified front office but they didn’t say anything.

Great stay!

Very well located, close to restaurants, shopping, hotel staff very nice & present,, like a small studio with all the comfort of a small apt., Breakfast room is super., the hall is like a living room, plus an outside patio...it is perfect.

The location was perfect close to everything. The breakfast was delicious lots of choices. The room was clean. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Was extremely quiet. The extra hour for checkout at 12 was very helpful. The gentleman that brings out the breakfast stuff was a little bit abrupt, and the pool room was extremely hot making it impossible for me to even want to stay to take a swim.

It was clean, pool was perfect and hot, and they had a basketball court. Maybe the location could be a little quieter? But honestly I’m nitpicking because it was perfect.

This hotel is excellent for the price. The full breakfast each morning was delicious. They have many options even for someone like me who is gluten intolerant. I especially liked the fitness room. They have Dumbbells from 5lbs to 60lb which is perfect for me. They also have 4 industrial sized washers and dryers that worked great. The rooms were large and I especially liked the kitchenette. The staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Excellent hotel experience!
