Valet parking was excellent and free Stayed 2 nights and coffee pods weren't refilled.

How safe it is. Not have to worry about random people walking around. That you have to warm your food somewhere else. No microwave.

I like the adult hours for the pool. wished it stayed open later though. I liked the room a lot and the big window view. I also like the restaurant balcony. I didn't like how the key cards work with elevators, annoying to have those extra steps. My biggest complaint is that it was my anniversary date night with my wife and we tried calling to get some champagne and wine ordered through room service and couldn't even get through to room service using the hotel phone. I had to call on my cell phone to reach the one and only worker (her words) for that Wednesday night (8/19). i think it was like 1am but it's a casino so i know there were workers still serving alcohol downstairs. This room service worker told me they don't offer room service delivered to the room, like at all. I asked if that was the case even on the weekends and she said yes, no room delivery for food or drink. My wife and i had to get dressed and walk all the way down to the casino where we couldn't even buy a bottle. We had to buy multiple glasses of wine and i think this whole process is absolutely ridiculous. oh and the bartender said they do offer room service on the weekends, so which is it?? For a hotel/casino that loves taking people's money why won't you take mine for a bottle of wine??? Was excited to come back but this experience really ruined my mood on this place.

The staff that checked us in were very friendly. When we arrived we had to wait past the time to check in because the room was not ready yet it was being cleaned. Once we got up to the room it was not clean it was still dirty the bed had stray hairs all over the sheets and they were dirty, the toilet had urine on the toilet seat, the floors had spots of im not sure what on them and overall just not clean room. The bed was not comfortable but that's okay since we only stayed one night .

The facilities were wonderful. The staff. I was told by 2 staff members I could absolutely change my king to 2 queens due to a busted pipe at my home. I got there and the lady said oh no you cant change your room you booked on booking.com. Well, I DID NOT book on booking.com I clicked on your resort and it directed me to my reservation. After the associate went to her manager, she came out and said 'we will just give it to you because she doesnt want to come out and argue with you'... this is absolutely disgusting behavior. Whatever manager was on around 745PM on Tuesday 8/18 should get a reality check in customer service. I would not refer people there based on customer service. We brought our family and special needs daughter there to be told 'ok go ahead im not arguing with you' this is awful customer service. Not to mention AGAIN.... TWO EMPLOYEES ON YOUR PHONE TOLD US WE ABSOLUTELY COULD CHANGE TO 2 QUEENS... VEEY disappointed in this.

2nd sort visit to your hotel casino, I only stayed 1 night. I dined at 8 the Asian Restaurant i was by myself and ate at the sushi bar. The food was EXCELLENT the staff was too. Prompt service, friendly and checked on me several times. Couldn't find Video Poker slots, but didnt ask either
