Muckleshoot Casino Resort

Large bathroom with double sinks. Very comfortable bed and pillows No luck in the casino. Loud fireworks next door.

The shower was amazing! The tv remote didn’t seem to work but I wasn’t there to watch tv

Room was nice Bed had a dip in one spot, water wasn't getting hot enough in the shower.

Choice of restaurants was good. The one we picked for our meal was very good. Loved the elevators. It was the first time I had experienced these kind. Nothing. We had a great stay.

The room was basic. NO TV OR PHONE SERVICE. After contacting the front desk they had It come and try to fix it and was not successful. I'd like to get a 50.00 dollar refund for the inconvenience. Please contact me. Hi

Room was excellent, all the amenities, quiet, excellent service. Would highly recommend anyone to stay there. Only thing I can think of is that since I was staying overnight, had a bag with me and didn't think I would be able to enter through the garage entrance do to entering the actual casino, so had to walk all the way around the building to get to the desk without going in the casino area. Vallet was full.

Clean, quiet Very little space to put things. Lovely design but poor function. Very small closet space, no drawer or counter space, terrible lighting in bathroom, no place to put shampoo/etc. in shower.

I liked the staff very much, they were extemely friendly. There were plenty of bars as well. The TECH in the room was horrible! The phones didnt work at first till managment came upstairs to reset them. The TV was the worst! The HDMI port did NOT work, the remote worked sometimes, and the TV had to be reset 3-4 times during the night to keep working. The bluetooth worked at first, then stopped working. The stay was perfect in every other area, EXCEPT the TV. That was a real bummer, my wife was very unhappy about that.

The location was great and yhe service at the restaurant on top was excellent. Come Sunday night there was nothing open to get a snack or anything like that any where. Everything closes up way to early. People travel on Sundays also.

Very nice the rooms were well appointed. Canned music in all the bars was incredibly loud! The rooms were a little pricey, and the elevators were odd as you had to select the floor you were going on a screen, and then on the screen, it would tell you which elevator to take

It was nice looming We arrived after 4:00 check-in. We were asked to wait a half an hour and then we were sent to a room that had somebody else’s belongings in it. We then had to wait for another room. I had booked way in advance.
