The staff was very friendly and helpful. Shenna was great. The rooms that were in double tree standards should not have been rented. The door to my room was sticking and I had to push it to open and close it every time.

I couldn't change the check in dates and nothing was specific about paying a 50 hold till check out. Figured it would be a hold on card

Breakfast was too expensive for a whole family. We went elsewhere. I couldn’t even find free coffee. We could have used a mini fridge in the room. Basic service to refresh towels and empty trash should have been provided.

I love Doubletree We came to swim had a issue and the general manager, was very dismissive.

After I checked in and paid my incidentals I was informed they had no running water from 9:00pm to 5:00am. I would have cancelled my reservation if I’d known this. I paid almost $--- for this room. I called the hotel prior to checkin and still wasn’t told

Very friendly staff with super comfy room. This property is in the middle of a remodel, but it was still nice.

Good enough, clean enough, inside pool was fine outside pool was not working. Check in was fine. What annoyed me, was at breakfast, I sent my 2 daughter's to get a muffin and a banana or fruit, because we were going to my daughter's soccer game and she needed a quick bite, then we would go get a big breakfast after, this lady who thought she was being helpful helped them pack up a big to go box that costed almost 40 dollars when I just wanted the continental breakfast for 8 dollars the food wasted of course because we were 6 mins from the fields and then I had to go spend more on real breakfast. I was like what are you doing and she was like are you going to deny her pancakes and I am like are you kidding me, this is a waste! I told them to just get something small and she is like its all the same price... it is not, its a huge difference

The delicious goods are my favorite. The room was decent considering this is an older hotel property. I absolutely love I could streamline Netflix 😀 The breakfast was a hit or miss but it definitely improved on the next day. The Mgr was nice enough to offer dinner coupon and it was indeed worth it. The salmon was 10/10 meal. ( Thanks) I heard the seafood restaurant is coming back Oct 25. I would go back! Enjoyed my stay!

Although you pay for extra for a room with the Jacuzzi, but the Jacuzzi do not work because it’s outdated. The pool was cloudy but other than that staff was great.
