Very nasty have roaches in my room.

Comfort is always good. No complaints there. Well I had one issue and one issue only. … the roaches were horrible. They were everywhere. On the table (got into my food by the way. Wasted $43). Crawling on the walls, in the tub, and ON THE BED. I asked the manager lady for bug spray or a new room and she was very rude and dismissive. Acted as if she didn’t care and said “The fuck does he think I am” to another lady right in front of me. That was my last and final straw with this location. I WILL NOT BE BOOKING HERE EVER AGAIN.!

Nothing particular They kept more than half my deposit because they said it was a "pet fee". How the hell are u pet friendly, but charge a non refundable pet fee?! And I was told that I'd get my deposit back upon check out. Which wasn't true. It was terrible dealing with the staff.

They canceled my reservation without letting me know. The lady at the front desk was super rude. The staff
