It was great

Not much really Well beds was very uncomfortable. Rooms was laid out extremely strange. Free breakfast well that just cereal and bagels coffee and juice. I also was told I was getting charged a $100 deposit and would get that back and that was a lie. I didn't do any damage nothing stolen no reason to not get the 100 back.

The room was nice and updated!

Very accommodating. Nice continental breakfast.

Check-in was easy and amazing, the young man behind the counter was very pleasant.

Better breakfast needs updating

Breakfast wasn't hot. Eggs wasn't cooked, potates was hard. Nightlight in the room that didnt turn off. Bathroom door had chipped paint and the door to the shower leaked, so the floor got wet while you took a shower. People above me jumped and jumped.

Friendly and helpful front staff and management. Clean rooms and breakfast areas. Very clean breakfast area too. Everything was perfect!

The room looked clean on the surface but there was dirt in the corners od the bathroom and I saw three German cockroaches while I was there. If you see one, there's an infestation.

Nice place to stay, with clean rooms and an ok quick breakfast.

Staff was excellent, amenities were good. The breakfast was decent and it was clean. The parking wasnt too good. Big trucks were taking up most of the parking by parking side ways. They need to park those elsewhere. Then we had rough people staying around us. Beating on the floor above us, talking super loud in the hallways late/early morning.

I also asked housekeeping staff in the hallway for trash bags so I could manage the trash myself, and they were very helpful. We were out of the room most days…either golfing, visiting Augusta National, or out for dinner…so access should not have been an issue. When I shared this feedback with the hotel, they suggested that our room may not have been serviced because we did not leave, which is not accurate. After I reported the missed service on the first day, I expected the room to be serviced the following morning. Lastly, staff should not be smoking at the front picnic table where guest come in.

Room had an odor.

The motel is beautiful and clean, however the staff have VERT bad attitudes and they don't know their correct information to give guests. I called and spoke with the manager and she had a very bad attitude and acted ghetto. She was VERY unprofessional and because of this I will not spend my money their again.

Everything was nice and clean. Staff were polite and friendly. No problems with anything during my stay.

Through no one’s fault their internet was down but they were not well organized. Staff had to let you into your room every time you left. My biggest concern came Around midnight when someone tried to enter my room. Thankfully I travel with added door locks and alarms so they didn’t actually get into my room but this was very alarming especially since I was traveling alone. My biggest problem was that when I called the desk, they spoke to me like it was no big deal as well as the staff the next day. There was no manager on site to speak to and no one even apologized.
