Good

Mildew smell as soon as walking in. Mildew on bedskirts, boogers on comforters, stains on sheets, fecal matter and wad of hair in shower, tv didnt work and microwave was unacceptable. Little coffee pot in room but no coffee. Pillows were paper thin. Had to go to store to buy plug in air freshener so we could stand to be in room. Bought a can of lysol and thoroughly sprayed every piece of bed linen before getting in bed.

I had to clean the jacuzzi bath before I could use it, and the volume button on the remote didnt work so I couldnt lower or raise the volume. But it was a fine experience.parking by my room was strange as the stairs go into the parking lot.

PICTURES ARE NOT ACCURATE! I am not even sure how this property has not been shut down by the health department. Upon arrival, the receptionist was hitting a pen in the lobby. Once checked in, we were followed to our room where she pulled out a butterknife looking contraption to pick the door lock. And then proceeded to show me how to secure the door when closing it. The smell was out of this world and indescribable. Most of the furniture was broken with raw nails exposed. There was filth everywhere. We were maybe in the 3-5 minutes (didn't even bring a bag out of the car) before returning to the front desk (entry was locked and had to wait for the same receptionist to unlock the door) and handing over the useless room key and informing her we would not be staying. When asked what the issue was, I spoke all things mentioned above, to which she said she would give me a can of air freshener. I told her that air freshener was not going to help that room but thank you.

Exceptional

Bed only had a sheet on it, overwhelming smell of something not good, and roaches in the bathroom

Couldn't tell you, I was never helped at the front desk and did not get a key Failed to check in, no one at front desk and no answer on the phone number posted. Tried 3 times.

Nothing They need to clean and the tub is dirty they need to do better it’s nasty in there

Nothing! Dirty, dead cockaroaches, hairs everywhere, stains on the bed, smears on all surfaces, all rooms smelled like mildew, and an electrical outlet was hanging out of the wall! I was offered and shown 5 other rooms. All were disgusting. I left!

The room was clean and the staff was friendly, the wifi and TV kept going out. I had to use my Hotspot to watch movies. Several times I had to renew the pass key, it would open the door.

Bad

The jacuzzi tub and the room was already cool.p False advertisement about their pool. It's the main reason why I'd booked the room, only to find when I get there that it's not open.

Price Noise

The room looked like there has been no maintenance done since the place was opened. There are no phones in the room. No remote. There we cookers walking all around the property a d the smell of Weed in the parking lot.
