The rooms were nicely set up and we had a view out to the mountains. It is not as close to the airport as the name implies, and the shuttle bus never showed up, even though we gave explicit instructions on precisely where we were waiting. That cost us a $50 cab fare.

Pool was out of order during my stay (4 days). Parking charge of $14 a day (plus tax) was an unwanted surprise. Coffee pods turned out to be tea. Breakfast & staff were first rate.

They have a restaurant and bar on site and you can pay an additional fee per person to have breakfast each day, they also serve dinner (we didn’t eat on site and there too many other places we wanted try). There’s a patio with a fire pit for relaxing off the lobby, very cute They charge additional fees for nightly parking that were not mentioned when we booked, make sure to ask about it!

The breakfast was very good, we ordered off the menu. The room was good. The lobby and restaurant needed some cleaning. We waited over an hour for the Shuttle at the Airport.

Two totally different controls for the air conditioning in our room took us a while to figure out.

Convenient location with good amenities. Hotel was modern, spacious and clean. The website states the airport shuttle runs until 1am however, when I called from the airport at 9pm, I was told the shuttle ended at 6pm.

There is no On the Border restaurant in the hotel, which is specifically why we booked this hotel. The restaurant that replaced it didn't even have chips & salsa. We were also severely disappointed by the state of the pool, it was not taken care of.

Leaving the hotel was the best thing. Waste of time and money. Airport hotel pickup took 48min then the driver cursed me in spanish. I called 3 times for a pick-up. Will never stay here again.
