great place- shuttle to the airport were wonderful

Would not recommend this airport. They charge extra, hidden fees even checking in, you have to pay to park at the hotel even though you paid for your room. The continental breakfast was underwhelming, and the general state of the hotel was tired with dirty carpeting, peeling wallpaper, and general disarray.

Breakfast was surprisingly good, with a nice small sitting area to eat while waiting for the airport shuttle. I'm very happy I chose this hotel when stuck in DEN due to missing my connection due to weather. Excellent value - just be ready to deal with traffic to the airport and allow for INSANE lines at Denver TSA.

My room was clean and spacious. The shuttle service to and from the airport was a big time saver and easy to use. My only complaint is that the Peloton bike was not working when I went to work out. I would stay here.

Ok. I had to put down a cc for incidental even though my company did the $5

-no initial indication before purchase about a parking charge!! this should have been communicated. -water main break mid-day prevented us from getting ready (showers, toilet use) for an appointment. not acknowledgement or "sorry" from staff. Poor customer service.

The location was good for us. We had the accessible room and that was beneficial for my husband. The breakfasts were ok. Staff were friendly. The hotel is dated and only had ice machines on the 3rd & 4th floor. Very inconvenient.

Ron, your airport transport driver was exceptional. What a lovely human being. The young lady that checked me in around noon on Saturday was very nice as well. She had issues with the system, so she walked me to my room, let me in and then brought my key once she got the system sorted. The only downside was the breakfast wasn't terrific.

When I booked a Hyatt I had much higher expectations that what I walked into. Charging a parking fee at a hotel that’s not downtown is absurd. $13 for leaving my car for less than 12 hours is ridiculous. The room was not updated and a little run down. I was just expecting similar vibes as the other Hyatt I have stayed in in the same area.

food kitchen was closed.. first room the blackout blind did not work.. Overall not that great. Breakfast was just ok, nothing great. wont stay there again

Great stay. We had to book a room at the last minute due to flight delays at the airport that caused us to miss our connecting flight. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, great air conditioning, and we had a quiet night’s sleep. So grateful for the free shuttle service from and to the airport. The breakfast did not look appealing so we were grateful there was an Einstein’s bagels restaurant next door.

Air conditioner didn’t work, paying for parking is ridiculous, room not vacuumed, door sticks in bathroom, elevator slow and don’t work

There wasn't a lot of selections for breakfast.

the parking was a problem in that you self park but must spend time on a parking app that charged me for 2 days rather than one. Charging to self park is a rip off - it should be in the price of the hotel.
