food kitchen was closed.. first room the blackout blind did not work.. Overall not that great. Breakfast was just ok, nothing great. wont stay there again

Great stay. We had to book a room at the last minute due to flight delays at the airport that caused us to miss our connecting flight. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, great air conditioning, and we had a quiet night’s sleep. So grateful for the free shuttle service from and to the airport. The breakfast did not look appealing so we were grateful there was an Einstein’s bagels restaurant next door.

Air conditioner didn’t work, paying for parking is ridiculous, room not vacuumed, door sticks in bathroom, elevator slow and don’t work

There wasn't a lot of selections for breakfast.

the parking was a problem in that you self park but must spend time on a parking app that charged me for 2 days rather than one. Charging to self park is a rip off - it should be in the price of the hotel.

Breakfast is good. Rooms are big. Nice helpful staff. Great location if you are driving through with restaurants in walking distance.

Needs a remodel badly. Price does not compete with much nicer amenities nearby.

Excellent place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The only thing I didn't like was that you had to pay for parking through a website. I accidentally hit the wrong date of check out and was charged for 9 days instead of just 2. I was able to change the check out date but was still charged for 9 and only refunded after the date we left.

Check in quick, you have to use a qr code to pay for parking. Room was clean but needs new carpet and doors. The in room amenities were excellent. Close to many restaurant options. Quick commute to airport. Would stay here again.

Inquired on pickup from hotel after returning rental car, we sat for over an hour nearly two waiting to return back to hotel, Our room was placed next to the elevator when we waited over an hour for a room not next to the elevator, advised no other rooms avail, yet other people in our party who had broken AC and bad TV were given a new room after we asked for a new room. When attempting to clear this up with staff at the desk, they just gave the run around, didn’t care. Mike at front desk did listen but really could not help. Not a place I would recommend.

Room space and cleanliness

The electricity was out till in the early morning . They walked me to my room because elevators and doors did not open !

Clean rooms and good beds. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Beware it’s near a homeless shelter so there are a lot of homeless people around.

The property was under construction, not clean and very dusty. AC units were not working properly. It was horrible.

The staff was all very helpful! We especially liked how helpful Troy the shuttle driver was.

Microfridge not plugged in. Blinds broke immediately. Ice only on 3rd floor.

Didn't care for breakfast.
