Deferred maintenance in common areas and guest rooms. Carpet and couches in dire need of replacement. The room we were originally assigned had a powerful smell of odor-concealing spray, and numerous stains on the carpet and upholstery. Couch was completely shot. Elevator loud and noisy. Good: front desk staff gave us a better quality room upon request. It had comfortable beds and new bathroom fixtures. Didn’t smell. Couch extremely worn. Breakfast was fair.

The breakfast was really good - except I was defeated by one of the waffle makers 😹 i couldnt get it to flip over. But the food was really good and the fresh items were really fresh. Our room was also really clean, and I could tell the top blanket was fresh. Overall great lodging for our first time to denver 😺 Thank u

The guy who checked me and told me I could do a 4 o’clock late check out the next day. The daytime crew had me leave at 1:30 said there was no 4 o’clock checkout allow
