Great rooms, rides to and from the airport and airport parking!

This was a last-minute book because my flight was delayed, so I needed a room Fast. The gentleman in the front desk when I called was so nice and helpful. When I got there, it was easy to get room keys and finally have someone to lay my head at. The shuttle driver is also very nice. We had a great conversation on my way back to the airport. Totally recommended.

The cleaners did not check the drawers and they were full of other people's clothes. You have to pay to park, even though outside the city. They were accommodating though.

Location was great

The carpet seemed old and dirty throughout. However, overall, great place.

Beautiful hotel wonderful stay

Staff was amazing. I contacted them as soon as I landed and was given specific instructions on shuttle time/pick up location. I hate I did not get her name. But she helped with check-in and let us know the schedule for evening restaurant/ bar service. She was also very helpful with local transportation to get to popular visiting sites. Additional staff throughout our stay were awesome. Mr. Otis was the best! Always on time! The location is great for a stay close to the airport. Several restaurants in walking distance. Hotel was clean. Overall no complaints. Highly recommend.

Hotel looked like it was coming apart, hallways damaged, spider webs in the room and outside a lot of homeless individuals wondering

You get what you pay for. Served the purpose for what I needed.

The staff was very accommodating, and the place is pet friendly. They put us on the first floor which is great when you have dogs. The food at the bar/restaurant was great and they stayed open a few minutes extra so we could order food.

It’s OK Hotel last minute our flight got delayed or I should say switch to the next day due to the weather. It was snowing.

Stayed in King Suite with two double beds and couch serving as 3rd bed. Friendly staff, comfortable beds (not including couch bed), fairly quiet. Nice shower with AMAZING water pressure. Pretty good temp control in room. Closet space with ironing board. Got stranded at airport because shuttle was unavailable even though I confirmed two hours prior to arriving. The reason was “somebody called out”. This resulted in unexpected high fare uber purchase. (Needed XL car for luggage and was past midnight arrival). They do NOT accept cash for minor purchases. There was also a man outside regularly asking for money making it uncomfortable to cone and go. Ice machine broken all week but had access to another floor’s machine. Hotel bed blankets were about as thin as the top sheet, no true comforter on beds.
