Somebody was knocking at my door at midnight. There were all sorts of shenanigans going on, I repeat please avoid this place, the staff at check-in was really cool and helpful however

Location is excellent, the property itself is in a sketchy area. The room was big but older and smelled like smoke. The front desk guys were nice.

roaches. smoke odor in non-smoking room. room not cleaned with full trash basket and ? if bed was made beforehand. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Room was dirty and damaged, lock did not work two times.

Run down and cheap. You get what you pay for..

Everything in the room was broken, smelled like cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room. Door looked like someone broke in previously. The elevator was broken.

There is no coffee pot in the room. You can buy one if you choose to. Very run down place and didn’t feel overly safe. Stayed one night and left as early as possible.

The TV did not work. The phone did not have a cord. The floors were warped. The bathroom door would not close because of the floor warp. In general, the property was dirty in the common areas.

The rooms were very dirty. We requested for a family room but the room were stinking of smokes. Bathrooms were old and dirty. We requested for 2 queen beds but were instead given separate rooms with single beds…Terrible experience.

Not good staff rudev

The kitchenette wasn't working at all. The refrigerator couldn't keep cold and the door to the room had to be slammed shut. To open the door, you have to shoulder it to get it open. Somebody died of an over dose next door which gave an erie feeling. The room I stayed in was 317 so please be aware of evil spirits lurking on the 3rd floor. The only good thing about the room was cost and the TV.

AT 2:30 AM, SOMEONE LUTERALLY WALKED INTO MY ROOM, BY JUST TURNING THE DOOR HANDLE!!!! GOOD THING I HAD THE SAFETY LOCK ENGAGED!!! AND 30 MINS LATER, THE SAME PERSON CAME BACK BANGING ON MY DOOR!!! I AM REQUESTING A REFUND, AND WARNING EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!!

The staff was great but the area was a little “scary” for me .. as there was quite a bit of movement late into the evenings. Also.. this was the first time I had to walk to a gas station to get shampoo! .. lol.. they did not offer any bathroom supplies except for towels and toilet paper. Kind of a bummer!
