The staff was very pleasant, common space was nice and plenty of parking made it very easy. For the price point, the rooms were very, very out of date. Things were broken and there wasn't central air. I feel from a light renovation, this property would be amazing!

Spa services & restaurant No fridge or microwave in room; slow service in restaurant; asked to pay for service before receiving it. Not handicapped accessible hotel. Steps everywhere and no signs about be careful of individual steps/uneven surfaces.

The hotel is such a hidden gem, everything was connected on the inside so you didn’t need to walk outside, but everything was still spaced out enough to walk through the restaurant to the spa, which helped since it was cold as ever. When we’re booking a massage for the spa, it wasn’t explained once we confirmed the booking for the room and spa that we needed to arrive by a certain time because the spa closes. We made it just in time for my moms to make it to her birthday massage but was unaware we needed to hurry to the jacuzzi spa ourselves. We missed out on the jacuzzi spa experience but we will be better prepared whenever we return

I have never stayed at Mario’s before, but your lodging is absolutely five star!! Do not change a thing, quite lovely experience

Location was great for the event I was attending nearby. A quick 5 min drive. The town had everything one needs on the road, including EV charging nearby. The hotel itself was a bit dated inside but quiet, clean, and comfortable. Staff was helpful and very friendly. The hotel still uses "old school" keys for the doors. Electronic locks and card keys would be a great upgrade.
