Embassy Suites by Hilton Austin The Domain Area

Breakfast is always good at embassy. I got the premium suite at embassy I had to ask for the premium benefits as there were none in the room although they did let me check in early I will leave that to oversight. But the internet was out the whole stay and the gym was out of order. It did the job I needed for a restful night sleep. But other than that if I was to stay more then one day I would have cancelled and went somewhere else.

Good breakfast. I am sad they have let this property get to this level. It needs renovations desperately. Carpet and sofas smell. They should not charge for parking.

The hotel is dated but classic Embassy Suites. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The trademark breakfast is a valuable amenity—staff was working diligently to keep stocked and clean: I was impressed given how busy it was Saturday morning. It was a great value for the price we paid! The only negative other than needing to be updated is that they charge $17 per night for parking.

Layout of hotel - large indoor area with rooms around, 6 floors. Dave and Busters nearby - food is good - noisy but fun Breakfast in Morning - decent selection 5:30 to 7 pm - 2 free drinks from bar per person $17 dollars a night to park --- ??????? Elevators are appropriate for the size hotel. Overall I like the location.

The shower did not really work, it kept spraying water out of the shower. The ac was loud but was working well. They put me next to the ice machine and cleaning section as far away from the elevators in an empty hotel. The hot tub jets did not work and the pool was freezing but that is probably more of a me thing. The staff was absolutely amazing.

Our bartender was amazing. She went out of her way to make our drinks and dinner. Wonderful definitely will be back.

Check in was fast and easy. Room was clean and ready. Breakfast was great with a made to order omlet.

Excellent service. The breakfast was awesome. Finally a hotel that provide freshly grilled omelette with several ingredients to choose from. Kudos to the staff.

Great quiet place to relax after conference all day

From the moment we checked in STAFF WAS TOP NOTCH! Breakfast was great and so was staff, comfortable beds and the pillows are amazing.

I like the location and the hotel. Mattress was decent. Size of room was good.

EV getting popular in this generation. EV charging stations should be available onsite for travelers.

Location. Bed was soft Toilet didn’t work properly. Housekeeping only showed up when I called front desk. Twice. Pillows were horrible. AC only kicked on once the room got hot.
