Very convenient to the courthouse if you are an out-of-town visitor. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again.

A one night stay so review based on limited time at the property. Staff were helpful. Parking rate was outrageous, but I guess that's Austin for you.

As soon as I arrived, greeted by valet. They automatically made me feel welcomed. They even recommended areas to visit. Checking in was an easy process. As soon as I got in my room, I was blown away of the cleanliness. My stay was perfect! View of the tower was the cherry on top!

Hotel is exceptionally clean and the rooms were spacious. However, the valet parking is too expensive at $65 per night. Will not be staying here again. No thank you

Room was very clean. Everyone was super nice and friendly. The valet parking and guys was very nice and polite.

Hotel was nice but disappointed that they have a picture of a pool on property only to find out they actually don’t have a pool.

A clean basic hotel if you’re just there 1-2 days. Staff was friendly. No pool but looked like a very nice rooftop.

Location was very good with the exception of heavy traffic at certain hours. We were 2 miles from our destination and it took approximately 15 minutes to do that. I would have given the Hotel a five star rating however the sheets on my bed we’re so short they weee about 8” from the end of the bed and would not tuck in, so my feet rested on the mattress pad. The top sheet was the same way so during the night it ended up being wadded around me until I tossedi it on the floor. I requested the room be made up on the second night, but when we came back, it was untouched. I made up the beds and called housekeeping for clean towels. Which they brought me in a timely manner.

Hotel was ok on first inspection but the cracks started to appear the more I looked. Some random spots on the duvet and pillow cases. A weird smoking smell appeared when we came back to the room for the night. Shampoo bottles about to fall off the wall and scuffs in the bathtub. Valet basically being the only parking option besides a beaten down lot across the street and a parking garage down the road. Overall, not a bad place if you only need a night, but I can’t imaging staying there for more than that.
