Rooftop view was worth everything

Booked the room due to location and the rooftop terrace. Checked in, rooftop terrace was booked for a photo shoot. Would have picked a different place. Went down to lobby bar, only one person sitting at bar, no bartender. He was talking with a couple of gentleman that were sitting at a lounge table on the side. Looked at us, didn’t acknowledge. Sat there for 5-10 minutes. Another gentleman with 2 daughters walked up to him and asked him for some ice for some drinks for his daughters. Bartender rudely responds that he was having a conversation and that he would help them when he was finished talking. Then he looked at us again and again didn’t acknowledge us sitting at bar. Got up then, asked front desk staff for his name, they wouldn’t give it to me. Won’t be back to this hotel. Bed was uncomfortable.

Within walking distance of the Moody center and the Bullock museum. Easy access to to the concert venue.

As clean as I can remember a hotel being. Plus the name on the tv is a nice touch.

The place was nice and staff was very friendly. I would definitely go back again. No pool though but the view and staff were wonderful. However, check in was at 3pm and we waited an hour and a half for a room. The whole system was down. I needed a shower and some rest before 6 but at least they were able to put me in a room amd as soon as the system came back up, which was about 10pm, they gave me the room a originally booked.

Un desayuno muy pobre y no pudimos descansar porque no hubo energía eléctrica, el personal sudando y todo fue un caso que lastima.

Everyone was nice and the room was very spacious

No parking was the only bad thing about the stay

It was very disappointing that my decision making for this hotel was the rooftop patio and the fire pit. It looked very nice and relaxing on the picture presented which is what my trip was for (relaxation). I did not have that experience. When requested for the fire pit to be turned on, I was informed that the engineer is the only one that can turn it on. He had left for the day and the sun hadn’t set yet. Shouldn’t the engineer be scheduled later to turn on/off the fire pits which typically happens after the sun sets? Perhaps having a shift for a secondary engineer would be beneficial. The hotel doesn’t have any amenities. No self parking available. Have to park out on the street or pay for valet. Will kit stay here ever again. There’s better Hotels with way better amenities.

Good hotel. Parking lot seemed to be excessive. $55 dollars. Parked it next to the hotel on the street with meter at $4.50 for 3 hrs. From 6 pm to 7 am is free of charge.

Accommodations were excellent. Great location with access to multiple attractions in the area in a <15min drive.

Todo estuvo excelente. Una noche cenamos en el restaurante del hotel, hamburguesas, tacos y chicken strips y todo estaba muy rico. Solo nos hubiera gustado que el desayuno estuviera incluido.

Quick stay but a great stay!

The stay was great; however, parking and meals were a bit pricey.

Asked to change the coffee machine, did not change. Bed sheet had blood stain.
