We had a great time! I recommend the families reserve in advance the ski jets at the boating facility because they are booked! The only downside was there was only restaurant. Other than that, we loved the spa and had a wonderful time! We will be back.

What bothered me most was the checkout experience. The manager tried to charge us a $350 smoking fee because the smoke detector supposedly alerted at a specific time. We weren’t even in our room during the time she mentioned. After I explained this, she removed the charge, but being questioned about it in front of other guests was embarrassing and made us feel like we were being accused of something we didn’t do. The pool was definitely the highlight, but the rooms, cleanliness, bathroom ventilation, and checkout experience need significant improvement.

The staff was great and very helpful. Honestly, the highlight of the stay. The property, though, didn’t quite live up to the resort feel we expected. We booked mainly for the adult pool and swim-up bar, but the bar was closed the entire time. The pool had maintenance issues, missing tiles, and just didn’t feel well kept. Service around the pool was minimal, no one checking in, which made it feel more like a basic hotel stay. We also upgraded to a suite with a supposed balcony, but it turned out to be just a sliding door with a railing and no actual outdoor space, which was disappointing. That said, the views of Lake Travis were beautiful, and the room was decent, just not quite what we hoped for. Special shout out to George, who went above and beyond. Five-star service from him.

Loved our balcony over the lake and really enjoyed the pool. Staff was great. Food and drink were pricey and that’s on top of paying a daily resort fee and daily parking fee.

It was not at all a resort experience. The fitness center restroom was filthy with dog poop on the floor and no one to address it because housekeeping was gone for the day’. The property was‘short handed’ and the front desk was manned by one person who couldn’t leave to help. The restaurant food was poor quality with rancid pico and stale chips. I had to ask for the soap dispenser in my room to be refilled on our arrival. The carpets smelled musty and overall not a clean experience. It was a motel standard not resort standards.
