We had a great family trip. The hotel is nice and in a great walkable area.

Comfort was great! The air conditioning in the room and in the halls were working 100%. The bed and linens were great that I actually got a good night's sleep. Staff could have been friendlier. The only staffer that was energetic and friendly was the overnight desk manager when we were checking out at 5am. I could have given a single staff member a pass for not being friendly, I understand we have our bad days and not be 100%. But for a four night stay from morning to evening and walking through the lobby and halls, more staffers could have been friendlier. It gave me the impression that everyone working there received bad news. The shades on the lighting above the nightstand were "water stained". Wondering what type of moisture happened to make them look like that. Attention to detail would be helpful to catch these things. If most of the staff was friendly and catching easy things to fix in the room, I would have given high scores across the board to include being a great value.

Never had light room cleaning (trash, and towels) restaurant closed for breakfast. Not a great hotel~

All the staff at this hotel were incredibly nice. Property was well maintained and room was super clean. Had a great experience at this property.
