The room was ok. it was a 3 night stay with 5 people and we had 3 towels in our room. no blanket or sheets for the sofa bed. the mattress for the sofa bed was old, and thin as a paper. the lobby smelled so strong of like air freshener every single day, it gave me and my children headaches. we tried to just do a fast dry of our towels and the dryer needed a whole 2 dollars in quarters for a 30 minute dry. and only now was available because the other one was broken down. when I went to ask for more towels there was 3 other people from 3 separate rooms also asking for towels. the front desk stated he would have to do laundry to provide them, but we saw him going into empty rooms to get more. that happened every night we were there, people asking for towels. the breakfast was subpar, flat round eggs, my kids tried to get cereal and the milk tasted sour, I didn't eat my kids didn't eat only my husband tried to eat and only that first morning, the other mornings we went out to eat.

I very rarely leave reviews but this property was very underwhelming. The room was very dark but you could still see stains everywhere. Some staff members were helpful but others were not. It seemed like they were understaffed so that may have been an issue. There is no pool even though that was advertised on Hotels.com. The ice machines were all broken as was one set of the washer/dryers in the laundry facilities. Overall this hotel needs better maintenance and more staff. I would not recommend.

Friendly employees. Clean and modern furnishings. Breakfast was adequate. Only problem we experienced was LOUD car and motorcycle noises as hotel next to road.

Breakfast was pretty good, bed was comfy. Had issues with room keys but front desk staff was super sweet and got it fixed quickly.

It being nearby a shopping area The breakfast was horrible. It sort of tasted spoiled, or reheated, and hard. Even the yogurt was crummy texture. I went to the hotel next door and they had a better breakfast. My room bathroom had somebody's hair on the toilet. And the bed wall light wasn't working. And they dark out a room that was supposed to be a swimming pool, the price was not worth the experience. They just use the decor of the lobby and Fairfield name to up the price. The front desk receptionist had me and another person wait an hour before checking us in.

It's you get what you pay for kinda deal now. The room is very bare bones, no real amenities provided. Felt very motelish- not cause of the cleanliness- just cause of how bare it was and the aesthetic.

Breakfast was good, food was hot and tasty, coffee was good. Breakfast hours are 6:00 to 9:00 a.m. . Would be nice if they stayed open a little bit later so you don't have to feel rushed. I had a 9:00 p.m. check-in and was tired in the morning, would have loved to sleep in a little bit more before rushing downstairs for breakfast. The accommodations were good, the bed was comfortable, the pillows were great. My room could have used a good dusting, No excuse. The shower was excellent, really good water pressure.

The location is quite good for an easy in and out for dinner/drinks. Breakfast quite alright, but everything is served with paper and plastic cutlery and plates. Very soft bed.

Yes, the room was spotless and nice size. Me and my Husband enjoyed our stay. Will come back in the future.

Use Bleach. The bathroom floor and the shower floor Could definitely use it. The sink in the bathroom Has a ledge under the counter ..where the sink and counter meet. When using the sink if water gets under there …..black stuff comes out into the sink (This is mold) Perhaps some deep cleaning is due!!!?

We skipped breakfast, but loved the convenient location with plenty of dining options and shopping nearby. The hotel was delightful with helpful and friendly staff, comfortable beds, and nice rooms. The suites come highly recommended. Will definitely return to this location in the future. We are generally satisfied with our experience, however we believe that the elevators could benefit from some renovations.
