Staff was nice & helpful!

Clean room great location nice front desk personnel. I didn't use the Bar but it did also look like a nice place. I would return.

Everything about the hotel was good. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood

Place is clean, ac abit loud. Bar in lobby is nice and closes at midnight. Coffee shops, breakfast and Italian food is within 5min walk, very convenient. Parking garage is next door, pay by the hours used.

PARKING! To have to pay every time you leave the lot is INSANE!

Right across the street from the Rahway train station with frequent trains to New York City and frequent trains to the New Jersey Beaches. An Excellent place to stay.

Nothing. For the last time, I was turned away at the hotel because Booking.com sold me a room when the hotel was over booked. I'm still waiting for my money. I was turned away by the hotel staff in the middle of a hit wave in the middle of the night. What I hate even more is making me wait this long to get my money back. How horrible of a staff do you have to have to do something like that.

The staff was outstanding. The lounge was a hidden gem. Good food absolutely outstanding bartenders (John and Bruno especially) Large clean rooms. Easy access to train and an interesting downtown. Staff made the stay exceptional

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. It was very noisy! Some carpet and drapes in the rooms would go a long way to help with noise. We did have to complain to the front desk about the room next us. It was addressed quickly and we were able to go sleep.

Beautiful hotel spacious rooms but the tv didn’t work properly and I ask them to change my room which they did but the next room the bathroom sink didn’t look clean well and the shower water wasn’t hot and the lights were very dull

Terrible. Lost power multiple times. Double booked my room and didn't give me any courtesy. We were without one bed!

Everything was great. Breakfast could have been better for the price.

I come to Rahway once per year for business and there is never a question of which hotel I will stay in. The WATTS Hotel is always spotlessly clean, the service is impeccable, and the location is perfect. I can walk to a number of great restaurants and if I feel like staying in, there is a restaurant/bar on the main floor with very good food. There is a lovely rooftop to relax at. The gym is nicely sized and with good equipment. Parking is around the corner and very reasonably priced. I can catch the train into New York City right down the street, if I don’t feel like driving. This hotel is perfect on all levels. I will be back next year without question.

The hotel staff were helpful and friendly, room was clean and we felt safe, love the area it was in walking distance to bars and restaurants.
