This hotel is so lovely. It was quiet and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was quite nice, too. Nothing.

The bar is magnificent as is the food. The phones are not answered quickly enough which indicates a lack of sufficient staff.

You can tell this place once was fabulous. They have tried to make upgrades here and there, but this place is in desperate need of an overhaul. The rooms are run down and look dirty/grimy. The lobby was nice, the fact that they stock breakfast items, coffee and other goodies in the lobby was a plus. We got to our room and the toilet wouldn’t flush. The person at reception was super nice about it and immediately moved us. But for the price charged, this was a very disappointing experience.

The hotel itself was perfectly acceptable. Very little staff interaction, but just fine. Breakfast was quite good. Scrambled eggs over cooked but most hotels do that. The bacon was better than I buy for home. The grounds provided space for short walks in an otherwise built-up area. Would stay here again so long as it remains the least expensive area alternative.

The gentlemen at the desk didn’t really care to be bothered with answering questions about the hotel but other than that it was a flawless and enjoyable stay. The room was beautiful, bed comfortable, toiletries were pleasant to use and the breakfast was good. 10/10 recommend

It’s thoughtfully designed and pleasant to be in. Love the self serve espresso and the food is good. My room was musty and damp and the ac unit was really loud. All the rooms feel in need of overhaul.

The first room we had smelled like mildew. We asked for another and it also smelled but not as bad.

Booked what we thought was the hotel section but when we arrived we were given a room in the "motel" section (outdoor entrance to room). Old AC hanging out of window, peeled paint on door, musty smell in room. We had just spent money there as part of a wedding (Rehearsal dinner, Rooms, etc). When I asked for a room in the Hotel, the response was smug and was asked, "what do you want me to do, we have no rooms". What happened to the hospitality training/mindset. There were rooms as I checked in early. Why was I given this room and not someone who checked in later. Their attitude said to me that we don't need your business as we are busy and doing well without you. Someday you may need my business.
