You had to ask for maid service You had to pay for breakfast. We thought we had a bloc of rooms and we were scattered on 4 floors. Exercise room no cleaning materials for machines and one towel only

Clean room, friendly and helpful front desk staff. No working ice machines accessible to visitors in the building. Had to get ice from front desk. For the price, breakfast should’ve been included.

Location is decent No smart tvs

Staff is awesome. Some of the rooms need some maintenance (low water pressure, tiles in shower not so great, couches need a good cleaning…you can tell the hotel is well used. Plus the indoor pool should be heated. Plus the cleaning staff does not always fill the shampoo, conditioner, body wash bottles. But we still love coming there & feel safe there

overall excellent experience

Bathroom bowl sink is nearly unusable. Faucet is installed do closely to the edge/ surface of the sink one can barely get one hand under it let alone try to fill a cup.

We got a free biscuit when we needed it, an the oranges at the desk were good, too. Exercuse room was right for us 62 year-olds Hmm. Carpet in room was a but aged, likely needed a deep cleaning. Shower soap, a pump soap was actually locked to the wall, was one-sixth full, so as to prevent waste. Just sort of odd

Staff is very friendly and attentive. Fitness center is good and open 24/7. Housekeeping does great work but hotel policy is clean only when requested. Therefore, carpet was a bit dirty and trash bins not emptied.

This was a very nice hotel in a great spot with good food options right across the parking lot.

The service was excellent. My only complaint is the room was not ready when arriving

Had a lovely stay. Staff was super friendly. Beautiful hotel. Modern, clean and comfortable.

Bathroom was dirty, blood stain on curtain looking towards pool, cigarette ash at the air vent. Tv was small and room out dated. Would not recommend.

The desk manager was very good and helpful

Nice location. Bathroom lights are too dim, fan didn’t work either. Nice bed. Both outside fireplaces broke.

A very nice, clean and nicely located property. We had a king suite, and the room and amenities were wonderful. Very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. We stopped for the night in our travels, so we didn’t get to see much of the surrounding town, but restaurants were plentiful and close by. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
