We had a very comfortable stay in a very spacious room. The pillows, however, were way too soft and completely disappeared under your head and our neck hurt in the morning. We’re disappointed that the hot tub that had been filled in so we had no hot tub. We also were under the impression that breakfast was included, but it was not included. Other than that, everything was great everything worked well. Our phones charged nicely in the room and check in and check out were seamless.

The carpet was dirty, the sofa bed was terrible, you can feel the springs, my ten year old got a back pain just after sleeping on it the first night. Also the the sofa looked really old and dirty.

Super staff and very clean. Good was very reasonably priced. Rooms need Smart TVs very small and old TVs . Shower pressure was las very low. Great value for the money.

The room was great. The hotel lobby, lobby bar and coffee bar were great. Friendly staff. However we booked this hotel primarily because it accommodated our family and had a pool for us to use if our trip to the Cleveland zoo was to get rained out. The pool was not heated, and my kids were only willing to stay in it for 10 minutes maximum. There was a posted sign in the room about the hotels focus on conserving energy, which I understand and may attribute the non heated pool to, but guests don't want to swim in cold water.

Second time staying here and well justified. Large clean rooms, comfortable beds, plenty of room in the suite for bags and cases and staff were very helpful, checking and out was flawless. Amenities around me were also pretty decent. Would absolutely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Property is well maintained and clean. Great location near many food options and easy on and off for the highway.

We’ve stay 4 times. It’s the only place we’ll stay when we visit CLE.

Great place to stay at with clean rooms and good restaurants in the same parking lot of hotel.

A nice room for 5 people. Huge bathroom. Clean. The only thing we didn't like it was the sofa.

Thought paying a little extra and seeing the beautiful online photos would have been a better experience. I was very disappointed not only in the quality of the room being a King Suite and cleanliness of bathroom or lack there of in the shower. I showered else were as a result which was not convenient at all. The ac was so loud i couldn’t use it but not as loud as the hotel guests walking around in the room above me. I’ve never stayed in any hotel for more than a day where they didn’t have room service for at least replacement towels and fresh linens , k cups. Nothing was ever cleaned or replaced giving you that welcome feeling when you come back to the room. In addition to the King suite that I gotten for myself, I also got a two Queen suite for my friends that were here from out of state for our class reunion. Their room was even worse than mine. I wouldn’t take my shoes off on the carpet it was so disgusting and the couch that was in the sitting area looked like it had been wet down and dried. I had to put a towel down to sit down. It also had a very weird smell as did my room, but that was the least of my problems unfortunately for them, they were on the floor that didn’t have an ice machine so they had to go down a floor and also unfortunately for them, and everyone else, only one of the two elevators worked so you had to wait quite a very long time since the hotel was very busy. I was goin stay at a Wyndham on my Vegas trip but I have decided to choose elsewhere

The couch was in very bad condition. It was stained badly and smelled like body odor.

Room was ok not too clean. For sure not worth 216 dollars a night. The bar downstairs and the drunk people laying on the main entrance is not family friendly. I think more than $70 a day is not worth. Location is good

Our two rooms were filthy -- both sofas were filled with dirt and stains, Carpeting was littered with stains. Exercise gym was large but lacked towels, cleaning wipes, & featured very dated equipment. Front desk staff was apathetic and couldn't have cared less about customer comfort.

The room above was pretty loud all night but other than that it was fine.

The ac was broken in some rooms as we're the mini fridges. The electric outlets, some worked and some of the lighting was not functional. The couch in the room looked 50 years old and stained.

Room was perfect for our needs and the late check out for our late flight was very much appreciated.
