Residence Inn Cleveland Avon at The Emerald Event Center

This property is very clean and quiet, check in and out staff was amazing. Location was great as well. Vote if you are staying here to be close to the hospital call them for a better rate! They had an event on Friday evening and parking was non existent, when we asked the front desk staff where to park she was very rude telling us to park at the businesses next to the property. They are all marked town away zone and when we told her that she said well I have an event tonight and that’s what has to happen. Events should not affect you hotel parking and you cannot have someone park in a tow away zone unless you are prepared to pay for their car once towed. Luckily we found a spot in the lot but if not it would have been in front of the front doors not a tow away zone!

Beautiful and clean. Staff were amazing

Overall a great stay.

Getting off the elevator, the hallways were warm and sticky, unpleasant. Breakfast was pretty good, but the coffee needs an upgrade. Bad flavor.

Breakfast was really good and the bar was great. Brittney, the bartender, was too fun. We had a large group of guests(not all together) hanging out on a friday night and it was a blast!! Great place to stay.

We were only there for one night, but we'll definitely keep this chain of hotels in mind because our family of four appreciated the space that the rooms have. We booked the king and queen suite and was surprised to see we had 2 bathrooms to use. Very helpful to get ready fast the next morning! Our kids loved the basketball court feature as well. Clean, comfortable stay. Good breakfast as well!

Friendly accommodating staff, comfy bed and pillows

Enjoyed our overnight stay. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was very good. The staff very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent

Overall, hotel was OK. It could’ve been cleaned better. There were pills on the floor in our room hair and it definitely needed dusted from cobwebs. We only stay for one night after an event.

We had a great one night stay. Perfect place if we were staying longer. Loved how it had a two burner stove as well. Definitely would have used it. Our check in lady wasn’t very nice!

The rooms are like mini apartments, full kitchen with a two burner cooktop and even dishwasher. Cabinets already have dishes and cookware for you to use. Living room section is very comfortable with a sectional that can be pulled out for an additional bed. The bedroom area is peaceful and comfortable, I slept like a baby! A the bathroom has a walk-in shower with plenty of space, very clean and they are kind enough to have full sized shampoo, conditioner and body wash available for you. All in all 10/10 will definitely recommend and return!

Very good

Construction next to the hotel woke me up at 6:30 am

Seemed a little run down. Our room was a little small but clean. The people were very friendly.

Everything was fine except no body wash in shower and breakfast doors were shut in the middle of people finishing up.

Second time staying here. Never disappointed

Convenient,well maintained

Everything was clean and check in was easy.

Other than this it was a great stay. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was the typical free breakfast all hotels seem to have....not great but it is free. If you want a good breakfast go to a restaurant. Came here for the convenient location, Marriot's reputation for good quality, a clean room and a comfortable bed. That's exactly what I got.
