Good

I didn’t like it the staff at the breakfast place they was rude rude and the room smelled like mildew

The location is great. The bar is nice looking but is never open. Front desk staff nice. We stay near Crocker park often when visiting family and last time we stayed it was a little nicer than this last time. Maybe more renovated area. Room was old, not renovated. The door top lock was missing, key hole popping out. Bathroom shower not clean looking. Beds seem old lumpy. And everything was so dark. The room, the hall etc. Bar hours were disappointing as we were hoping to grab a drink ofter football game at 10pm on a Friday night. Never seems to be open.

Nice property for the price level. The room was clean and comfortable. The provided toiletries were very small and we had to ask for missing items. No ice bucket in the room and it took two requests to get one. Ice machines nonfunctional, had to get ice from the bar. Nice that there’s a bar/restaurant onsite, although we did not utilize it. The whole property is large and nicely decorated. I would stay here again.

Gabby actually was the best and gave me all the right information shes a keeper. Her customer service was impeccable. Shes actually the only one who had good customer service skills thank you Gabby

Beautiful layout They didn’t resolve our issues with the room. There were issues with the bathroom. The shower head was not attached, broken mirror, the shower wouldn’t drain. We were told that they couldn’t find maintenance in order to resolve it. We had somewhere to be so we couldn’t wait. Came back to a dark room because one of the lamps didn’t have a lightbulb.

Good location vs the place I was visiting (customer site). Good value for money. The hotel is built around an inside pool. The rooms are around the pool with direct exposure to the noise of the people in the pool, and, that is the big issue: the smell and humidity of the inside pool in the entire building. That is a very weird (and unhealthy) concept

The room is crowded and poor lighting. Bed was comfortable. Room was freezing when we arrived

Location and affordability Lack of staff, coffee pot in 545 was broken, no bottled water to drink in rooms. Not really very clean. Found small objects on the floor and under the bed. No scrap paper to write on, directory or offerings like restaurant menu and hours in room as one would expect

Breakfast was average at best.

Everything was clean and everyone was friendly.

Toilet seat was broken, bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. My first room I couldn’t shut the door.

Great Place to stay, and affordable. Could use some renovations but still service able. The Pool and Hot tub are a great addition

I called down to the desk, and the person was very rude, so I waited until the morning to talk to a manager. She was very helpful and moved me. Internet at this hotel sucks. Door to the rooms slam shut which makes a lot of noise at odd time during the day and night. This hotel needs some work and fast I would not recommend it to anyone. Not good for the Wyndham name.

Good rooms. Pool is beautiful with a great hot tub. Hotel overall is a little older. I will stay there again.
